Hello all. Wish I could hang around and chat a bit but I'm sick with a nasty cold or something. So I'm going to spend what little time I got today trying to sleep it off. Hope everyone is doing well.
Ok, this is sad for me to post so you might not want to read it.
My dog Ginger is 16 yrs old and is not going to be here much longer
Maybe a few days. after talking with her Vet yesterday and trying to decide if i want to have her put to sleep or die at home. The decision isn't easy but i think she would rather die at home because she hates the Vet clinic and always has. dogs want to be alone when they die and that is making me cry. I will be ok I just wanted to say why I am not posting as much PLUS i will never get another pet. I can't take this pain. BTW Ginger isn't suffering, she just is sleeping a lot and refusing to eat. I do try and wake her up to eat but that isn't working anymore.
Anyway thats all i can say for now

I am so sorry to hear that. It's so hard to go through! But I totally agree with you, as long as Ginger is not suffering then she deserves every minute of love and comfort you can give her. (((Huggs))) Peg!

Big hugggs for Peg. I lost 5 cats in a very short time from food poisoning and I dont think I can ever get over it. I try to focus on all the love we shared and I hope you will too. I hope you will be ok hun.
I just realized I say hope an awful lot. I wonder if that means I have it...or I need it!
Your definitely in the lead Trunker, don't know whether it's cos we're both Brits, but we could be twins, for humour

I'm good - i bought some new batteries because i am greedy. Hybrid IMR 18650 30A Orbtronic SX30 Ultra High Drain rechargeable battery
I thought about a flat cap and some driving gloves but realised that i live so close to work it'd take me longer to put them on than the drive would take. So now, i just get HRH to drive me and that frees her up to commit the armed robbery of banks that the upcoming Woodvil sale will require.
The work party was last night and i have to say the food was rather disappointing - but then i had just come from gazing up the dentist's nose in despair anyway. I gave a friend of mine a Reo to try for the weekend on the understanding that if he likes it, i can sleep with his wife.
I'm not sure who will get the better deal. I reckon with a bit of Noalox and some filing she'd be ok.
