Good Morning REOVille. Three days out and like 40 pages behind. Thought I would catch up last night, but after about 20 minutes of Dennis and Trunker, I thought 'what am I doing to my brain ?'

Good middle of the night REOville!
The quail with the grits was soooo good! DH liked the grits so much he ordered another side order, but without the sauce from the quail it wasn't as good until I added a bit more salt as suggested. I think the consistency was right, but these didn't taste as bland and like wallpaper paste as they had in the past. I am thinking of learning to make them since they are GF and if I can make them like they did I would be just fine eating them. I don't think these were the instant kind that I have had before though and maybe that is the difference? The double cut pork chop wasn't bad either. DH had the salmon but I couldn't eat that because of the soy glaze. They were really nice about dessert too, instead of the obligatory cake they gave me ice cream with caramel

Her Birthday was yesterday! I missed it as well.
Guess that is why they went out to a fancy restaurant last night!
She was very sneaky and I guess thought nobody would notice!
I mentioned before I seldom visit here because it is possible I may have to quit in which case seeing and hearing what's going on will make it that much harder. Hopefully that won't be the case but till I know then weaning off little by little is easier for me. Im sure I will miss important things in people's lives by doing so and if I do I hope you'll forgive me.
