I mentioned before I seldom visit here because it is possible I may have to quit in which case seeing and hearing what's going on will make it that much harder. Hopefully that won't be the case but till I know then weaning off little by little is easier for me. Im sure I will miss important things in people's lives by doing so and if I do I hope you'll forgive me.

How much longer before you know :(

Another week then another round of testing. I have another stabilized Woodvil in the mix and plan on trying it out. :) no matter what. After that I will make a decision. My blood oxygen is 87% which is too low but I have to be convinced that vaping only make it worse otherwise Im not going anywhere or quitting anything . ;)

Her Birthday was yesterday! I missed it as well.

Guess that is why they went out to a fancy restaurant last night!

She was very sneaky and I guess thought nobody would notice!

I was successfully sneaky apparently! My facebook page lit up though

Thank you everyone!
Actually, it's Valeriekkah so I can celebrate for a whole week since it is so close to the major holidays and everyone is usually too busy with the Holiday parties. That and my older sister's birthday is the day before mine so we often combined birthdays, then to add insult to injury she married someone who shared my birthday. I can't tell you how many years I got "combined" Christmas/Birthday gifts too, so I decided to give myself a week instead of being an afterthought. My brother has everyone celebrate his, he is December 31st! This year I asked DH for a toilet since he can't find a gasket for one of the ones at my Condo. You should have seen his face when I told him what I wanted. So now maybe it really will get fixed once and for all, since he can't deny me the one and only thing I wanted

Thursday night dinner is going to be super easy and that is when my brothers will come over for their weekly meal and find out that I am going to make them cook the ham (well, I will put it in the oven, but they have to glaze it) and when they call I am going to ask everyone to bring a side.

Thanks for the GF cake!! I haven't tried one yet, but my niece makes GF cupcakes in her shop. I have never been a big cake person (probably because I was allergic even though I didn't know it, I must have just kind of figured it out subconsciously the same way I never ate sandwiches, hamburger, hot dogs or pasta). Now that I know why it never appealed to me and I can get some that doesn't make me sick, and I am going to love it like everyone else!

I hope everyone is staying warm and happy!

My Mom has Gluten Intolerance; Any foods containing gluten will cause her digestive system to go haywire. Everything passes through normally, but her body will NOT absorb any of the vitamins, nutrients or proteins we depend upon. It got so bad she was hospitalized in her 50's for malnutrition. I think she was down to 86 lbs at the time, she had never weighed more than a 100 lbs. Now she's 170 easy, and more energetic than ever. She jokes about how she could loose five pounds simply by eating a slice of white bread, but she follows her dietary concerns because she feels so much better.

Happy Belated Birthday Wishes Val ! I hope the GF cake is delicious.
