We have properties here that we rent out, insurance Co will NOT allow tenants to have "high-risk" dogs or we will be dropped.MUCHO BAD NEWS PEEPS!!!!!!
insurance company informed me that I cannut get a "vicious dog" or they would cancel my homeowner's policy for my new house, WTH!!!!!![]()
We have always had labs, best dogs ever. They are so loving, but if my lab senses a threat he won't back down. Scared the crap out of my mailman once, lol, then licked his face when I told him it was ok. His name is Behemoth. I also have a Chihuahua --she frightens me, lol.Good afternoon alloff work early raining here so what the hey. Norman trust me get a lab x the insurance companies never question it. Ive had several and assure you they will protect their family and home to the death of them or the intruder yet they are very good when they need to be good excellent with kids etc too. Just make sure it looks mostly lab then your good to go
And if Jack chimes in My labs eat Shepherds. Shepherds are after all just a herding dog![]()

I feel ya. I work at a local private golf club as the director of food and beverage and we have our biggest tournament of the year next week. Its a ton of work but in the end it is very rewarding. When i say a ton of work I mean a TON. Last year I kept track of what I worked because Im masochistic and in my 6 day week I worked 91 hours...
Good to know Ed. I guess I will have to put that dohickey to use! Never really knew the proper care of batteries. Never had them go dead on me yet. I always just switched them out every morning and charged the ones I removed. Did not know if they could be getting that weak after only 3 mos use or if I was just vaping that much more while driving. Guess I will start testing them or charging more frequently. Is there a book on " Proper care of Batteries for Dummies" ?????
my understanding is that he will no longer do the reo sleeves just the reo holster
Thats what a lot of newcomers say but when they been here a while they don't use nutting but. So easy on and easy off, almost all never wear shoes inside someone's home here, it's like papa said in Fiddler on the Roof, ~TRADITION!!!!~.![]()
Talked to a garage door company about enclosing carport and he says maybe between $10-40K. "Uh okay, lemme get back with you"

I gave my fgirl juice to mail to gil since she passes the post office on her way and she packed it then when the PO dude asked her if there was any liquid in the box she said NO, I guess she didn't wanna have to open it again.
So what happens now? If they discover liquid do we get into trouble or something?
Happy Belated Birthday DanGood morning Reoville. Off to spend the morning at complete nutrition remote broadcast. They thumb their nose at the FDA with big muscles, so I down with that.
