There was an uncomfortable moment during the driver's meeting earlier this morning. Although uninvited to participate in today's event Jeff Gordon showed up... he thought it was the Sprint Cup All Slug race. He was escorted off the grounds, kicking and screaming.

Lowe's was certainly an adventure. I went in for a toilet handle and 90 minutes later came out with $100 worth of stuff. It's like an irresistible candy store for adults.

Was all prepared to start working on the toilet when my son took it away from me and did it. He was sure I wouldn't be able to fix it.


I would have done it with a lot less profanity.

Hi Shane. Cappy24 is Ray a fellow Reonaut. His sister Carol has cancer and looks like not much longer to live. Ray has been caring for her for a few months now. Kaypers - Kay and Ray have developed a special friendship after meeting on here and is doing her best to keep contact.

Well tried to spend some time outside tonight. Sitting on our deck with a cold beer for me an the Hubby when he got home from work. Mosquito's are awful! They said it was going to be a a lot of bugs this year but wow. Can not even go outside. Don't know how much camping I will get in this year if this is how it will be. I can handle bugs but not the itching with mosquito's!
Gonna go take some benedryl have another beer and hit the hay! Nite all!
