Today's fact! The quietest room in the world will drive you insane in 45 minutes of being in it. Your ears adjust to the silence and your body essentially becomes the sound, which makes you start to hear the sound of your heartbeat, lungs and stomach gurgling. It's so powerful, you have to take a seat.

My babysitters used to force me to watch 'the monkeys' on tv whenever they wanted to duck away and call over their boyfriend to make out. People think kids are dumb or something. And yes, I still remember some childhood moments.

Needless to say, I did not enjoy the monkeys because my babysitters were always HOT and I was always hitting on them. It was a real crush because at that age we're thinking with the right head for a change. I didn't enjoy watching tv alone while others were off doing something cooler. Plus it always seemed to be rainy outside whenever the monkeys weremon.

2:30 will always be considered Monkeetime to me, in the late 80's I worked for a sandwich shop here in Phoenix and my shift ended at 2:30 daily - it was a mad rush between me and my roommate (who also worked with me) to hurry home and catch as much of the Monkees after work as we could. Then at 3 was Smurfs.

As typical twenty-somethings of the era, our lives centered around the ritual use of substances and Monkeetime was the cocktail hour.

Evening folks, hope everyone is well.
I'd like to publicly thank Pietro, I bought a surface from him, in the classies, last Wednesday, & received it yesterday, in the uk, with spare screws, etc. I can honestly say, he was such a genuine person to deal with, it's totally blown me away.
Sitting using it now, with a 1.3 ohm coil in it, & it's fantastic. I'm finding it that good, I'm thinking of getting another one, so does anyone know any sites, preferably in Europe, that keeps them, I can't find anything about them on the net, no matter what I enter to google
