None taken here...but I would assume so, but I guess it all depends on how he had that set up. I've heard of families having to sue over royalties and that would be hellish to do after losing some one so dear.

This is Jack we're talking about. A very forward thinking individual. I'm pretty confident he had even a blanket Will (or updated one) after he released his book. Usually only time things go to appeal court is if there's no-will or things aren't declared outright or too many stipulations.

I'm not a lawyer I just stayed at a Holiday Inn.

HAPPY PURPLE SATURDAY DEAR FRIENDS

I had wanted to stay away from this topic for a bit but a little worried about pietro. I once posted that "those you love the most are the ones that can hurt you the most" and hope that Jack's passing has not been too hard on him. Everyone's reaction to bad news is different and his recent absence for me at least is troubling. Missing his daily mornings and good nights that were made so diligently. So I just wanna give pietro a (((((((((((BIG HAWAIIAN SIZE HUG))))))))))) and hope to see him soon.

Prepping for our LA trip and moving out has been a mind blower for me as well as looking after Zippo . Sorry I can't meet anyone while in Cali since spare time seems to be almost non-existent while over there, wished i was able to stay longer but it was not possible this trip. Really dreading having to make the trip/attending graduation and church services in my current condition too .

The Ocelot is one smart cookie. One 2-3 hour phone call late one night, cleared that up (hopefully).

Just do as i do at church (well those that even admit me at all) - get as comfortable as possible kneeling down and stay there! That way you will look sincere and prayerful and catch a nap even during the boring bits.

After all - it's church, not a zumba session - stand up - sit down - kneel down! pfft.

LOL, its nut so much the service, but the thought of wearing shoes for any length of time that bothers me and sitting too long hurts my back (unless I'm having some beers). Then after service, we're treating the congregation to pastries and drinks.......maybe I can wear my flip flops (I always do this here). If Jesus was in Hawaii I know He be using them too, so no disrespect intended. Its a church that has its congregation made up of mostly college kids from USC and UCLA (must be the only place on earth that these two rivals get together) so in all probability, I'm gonna be the oldest one there
