Just hearing the metal mods are milled from blocks of alum would explain the prices, lol. I am familiar with the cost of alum as well as labor to mill it. Oh, and don't get me started on the cost of anodizing, lol. That sounds like a lot of man hours go into those pretty boxes and I do understand the prices now.

So these REO Mods are well crafted, hand made, USA, Custom PV's by one supplier, they hold an actual bottle of juice, you can change the batteries without having to buy a whole new unit, less overall maintenance, more power/vape!

I like that very much and it explains alot!

I do believe I will be getting me one real soon!!!

Sounds like you've got this :thumb: Next step: purchasing :)

U know what is a major draw for people seeking reos. Aside from being the best bottom feeder, wood mod, and various other things. It's you guys. One new person asks a question and people are clamoring to answer it. Before u know it they got 5 people dropping knowledge on them. I asked a question in another suppliers thread about high voltage vaping on genisis style attys and the answer n attitude i got was ugly. Elitist to some degree. And the builder seemed to encourage it. He sure as hell didn't help. As if it was beneath him. Know what? I ain't buying that product. It may be awesome but I will not spend my money and be treated like they did me a favor. I will in fact buy every other pv like his or build one myself but not purchase anything from him.

Bottom line is the reonauts rock!! You buy a REO cuz it just hands down works. But you hang around for the community. True story

So true...I love it here :)
Nicest group of people I've ever come across.

Thank you all again! I have been reading many threads and watching video links within those threads in the mod forums and I am pooped out. You guys have answered my questions as well and I have a better understanding now. I will definately come back here and ask advice about what battery, charger and accessories to get before I make my purchase of a mod.

Have a great night all :vapor:

As a totally newbie to vaping that bought a Reo, I can say that I'm very grateful I went full fledge head first into vaping. There is a learning curve to master but IMO it is more the atty/carto learning curve then actual Reo. I can say that if I had just dropped $50 on a Pv/mod that I would have been more likely to give up. I can I might of had 5 ciggies in all since vaping. Two of these ciggies was because of I decided to go to sn amusement park exactly 1 week after getting the Reo Mini. I was still figuring out the learning curve and the whole out in public thing. 1 ciggie was due to totally being fed up with carto issue(thanks Karen for coming to my rescue). The rest has been puff here and puff there when hubby had ciggie lit. (Not everyday and only 2 puffs at a time at most once a day) I did exactly that today guess what 1 puff and I about puked. The taste I use to LOVE is the nastiest taste ever now. I'm glad I stuck with the vaping. 22 days in and very comfortable with my carto/reo combo. I'm not ready to adventure to atties and more advanced things but I'm sure it will come.

That is so true! I feel like I can trust everyone in here. It isn't just some random user names answering questions-everyone around here actually talks, it IS a community like others have said. I love it!

Got two dumptrucks full of mulch coming to a condo complex at 6:30 am. I hope all my guys show up. LOL. Again congrats congrats!!

Hi my friends!
This afternoon was a warm, sunshiny, gentle breeze kind of time, so I was outside for a few hours playing in the dirt and
"decorating" outside ( windchimes, ornamental yard stakes, etc.)
Then I came in , had something to eat and took a long, hot, deep bubblebath. I feel so good!
Now this oldbroad is WHIPPED, so I'll be going to bed soon and having sweet dreams

( just you nerver mind of what or who:facepalm:)

See you all tomorrow if the sun don't shine and the creeks don't rise:closedeyes:

Please everyone don't try to make me feel bad because I admitted to smoking 3 whole ciggies and having an occasional puff or two here and there after getting my Reo. I feel bad enough already. Sorry Rob

I smoked and vaped at the same time when I first started for the first few months. It takes as long as it takes, but I havent smoked in 7+ months now.

Its not the ones that you smoke, but the ones you dont that really count. :)

Keep at it. It will happen sooner or latter.
