Try nail polish remover with acetone. It might damage the finish, tho. All it takes is a drop & let it sit a minute.

Yes, I have tried acetone, no luck. I tried graffiti remover, boiling it in water, and everything else too. It is a raw aluminum so I should be okay with most solvents. This magnet has a mind of its own!

Rob needs to use the glue you used. I have tried boiling water, but that might bubble my paint also. If you come up with something with the other magnet, let me know. I know Rob uses a solder iron or something like that, then uses a stronger magnet to pull it out once the glue is loosened.

Door magnet removal. Heat the magnet with a soldering iron. Get it real hot. Next hold the bottom of the door and snack the inside face of the door on a sharp corner close to the magnets but not on the magnets. Problem is they fly out and dissapear. So make sure you have a new one or 2 on hand.

My 1st gen P67 fell in my live well on my boat last weekend and the wood block has swelled so much I need to tap the door off with a small mallet. I'm going to sand it down to get back in spec so I can lock it. I
think I'll order a plastic block that come on the new ones next time I place an order.
