I don't have leaks with my Stumpys, unless I accidentally over-squonk, which I have been guilty of. I've done the same with my Nuppins, but it's usually due to forgetfulness on my part.
On the bright side, I never get dry hits. When I err, it's usually on the over-squonking side, not forgetting to squonk.

I once tried a Stumpy as it seemed to get such praise from the masses. It was from Catfish and unfortunately for it, it only made through a couple hours of use. It now resides in South Africa w/ @Robfisher.

@muzichead it never lasted very long in my collection either... it was yet another overhyped BF atty for me... I have tried more than a few 22mm BF atties and have yet to find one I like as much as my little 14mm Divo... I have pretty much given up on looking for a different atty for my REO's... I have 3 Divo's operational and as a second best a drawer full of Cyclones... for the bigger and fancier coil builds I find I need to go regulated with some of the new sub ohm tanks on... like the Serpent Mini 25.

I have tried more than a few regulated squonkers and none have worked for me so far... I just find a good old Grand or P67 with a Divo and a micro coil with a rayon wick just fine and dandy. :p

The last atty I bought was the Maker. After that, I quit the great 'perfect atty' search. I realized that there is no 'perfect atty', and that most are just a re-hash of what's already out there, with different cosmetics. They all pretty much do the same thing.
I do like 22mm attys on the Woodvils and P67s. I prefer smaller attys, like the Nuppin or Atomic (RM4) on the Grands.

I'm in the "I'm over vape gear" boat myself. Very happy my days of looking for the best mod or atty are over. I've sold all that doesn't work for me and kept what keeps me vaping. I now spend my time and money with musical endeavours and fighting bed bugs :glare:

My problem is selling stuff. Every once in a while, I make a feeble attempt on local FB groups. But basically, I'm a pack rat. I have shelves and drawers full of stuff that I'm likely to never use again; tube mods, drippers, genisis types, etc. I have enough stuff to start a vaping museum.

For me imo, I found the perfect atty in the Origen Little 16's that I use daily on my Grands. I think that 22mm atty's just aren't for me at all. I've yet to find one that can deliver the flavor that the O-16's have.

How is the air in that Atty? I ask because I got a Nuppin from the last run. Beautifully built atty but it was just too airy for me. I rock an RM2 and Chalice III...love them both. Strictly 1.2 to 1.5 MTL kind of guy. Thanks.

I've been very fortunate over the last couple years now. As soon as I got my Reo's, everything else became obsolete to me. Stuff was put on the classies or just thrown away. The only thing I have in excess are orings. I really can't think of anything that I got rid of that I have regretted. If I'm not using it, it has to go. I sure wish I had found Reo's back in 2011. Sure would've saved me some dough...

The hole sizes for air flow are 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5mm so there is a choice for the serious MTL'rs to a restricted lung hit. Not quite as airy as the Nuppin', but close. If you are into the the RM2 and Chalice, the O-16 would be right in your wheelhouse. The only learning curve I had on them was squeezing a 2.5mm z-coil in them. The way the posts are designed are different from any other atty on the market in that the holes in the posts crisscross each other to keep wire slippage at a minimum. I rarely have to check my post screws to see if they are loose anymore. Just a solid design overall. You definitely would like it. VapinArt still have some in stock...

On my unmodified Reos, i still run RM2's, but they have an airslot sawn out of them rather than just a 1/16" hole drilled.
On my ADV Black Grand, i've never strayed far from Dark Horse atties by Chowderhead. Dual coil bliss and reasonable battery life.
On stupidly high regulated gear, 200W etc, nothing comes close to beating the Velocity. I've yet to form a solid opinion on the Goon, but it looks great and as soon as i have a free weekend i'll build some seriously brutal coils to give it a fair chance.

^ which is why i don't hang round the Tootle puffer thread much!

You'd need 2 chalices to fit all that metal in there! Pics please when you try
28awg/32awg 5 wraps over a 2.5mm bit
Not getting that good of flavor from it, dont know what the problem is

Are you not using the AFC? you can seal it down to nothin on the nuppin.

Try raising the coil up as its probably not getting good air flow all around the coil. Props on fitting it in there tho!

Hey Reoville/Reonauts! Is there anything new going on with Rob and his Reo's? I know the P67's came out but I haven't heard if there's been anything else brewing in the Reo pipeline. Does Rob ever stop by here? Still vaping up a storm on my Reo's with the addition of two CC mods. I'd still love a copper or brass Reo!:)
