Pardon my ignorance, I have read plenty of threads on storage but was unaware that nic base actually froze and needed to be thawed out. Is it the PG based that freezes and does it actually take solid form? I know at one time I put plain VG in the freezer and when I needed it I would take it out and it was still pourable, thick, but pourable...
It doesn't freeze solid, but I could see condensation occurring from the bottle if it's opened right out of the freezer. I took my 100% PG nic out of the freezer the other day and it wasn't frozen, though.

He recommended I keep the plastic bottle I have in use in the freezer
I was gonna say the same as rule about the condensation, but he beat me to it. I keep my working bottle in a cupboard. Once it comes outta the freezer, it stays out. Just to add to what he said......I'm glad to see you said you got your nic in pg. According to Kurt Kistler, our resident chemist..... nic mixes better with pg than it does vg. So with vg it's easier to get nic hot spots if it's not mixed well. It may not be a thing, but I just feel like when it goes into a thicker state in the freezer, it's easier for those hot spots to occur, particularly for those who buy their nic in vg.

My SOP is: Liters in glass in the freezer. Break down one liter at a time into smaller working bottles. Pull out one working bottle at a time to use.

Yeah, I always get nic in PG. Easier to work with, if nothing else. im not a maxvg kinda Sloth but even if I was, at 100mg/ml, it wouldnt affect my mix much to have nic in pg.

In THEORY nic should not separate from either pg or vg if it is mixed properly. But I shake the heck out of it, anyway.

My 5 liters of nicotine are in 120ml glass bottles in the freezer. The active one stays in the refrigerator. Right before I mix, the cold bottle is placed in a saucepan of hot tap water to bring it up to room temperature, & then shaken.
Its cold out. Just stick your nic outside in the snow. I promise I wont come dig it out (but Im honing in on you...) :D

It doesn't really freeze. It just gets real thick, especially if it is in VG. But even in PG it gets thicker than at room temp. I get mine in 50VG/50PG. It doesn't shake up well until its sat at room temp.

The "bunch" was both the CYOA series of books, and Wil Wheaton, himself (as Gordie Lachance from Stand By Me, and Wesley Crusher from Star Trek: the Next Generation). The books were big for me as a grade schooler, everything else as it was released.

I've considered selling it to a DIY'r from the only B&M I go to. I try not to go there too often. It's gotten very very clique-y since I was a regular there a couple years back. As I age I find that to be more and more tiresome and reprehensible, though inevitable I s'pose.

Just walk in the door & look down your nose at them. Then snort & shake your head everytime one tries to sound like a pro-vaper.

I try to be friendly with all of them. When they give me the brush-off - because I'm using a squonker - I feel pity for them.

Yeah right? I went into my local vape shop (stunning--I generally hate vape shops) recently and they were all doing this thing called "dripping," I think they called it.

Who does that? o_O

To my amazement though they didn't look down their nose at my REO. They even had a squonker for sale. Overall I was impressed with the shop, they were cool and down to earth and had a wide variety of equipment for beginners and advanced builders etc.

Nothin' I'd buy there, though.

The one B&M I go into has a local Wisconsin liquid I haven't been able to recreate, and I have to have some on hand at all times. It's just... well, it's Superior.

There's only one B&M in town (out of 10-15, I think) that even have a bottom-feed to look at. One of the shop owners likes to show off her Sunbox. I've never seen her vape it, not once. Just wanted to show me it when I brought in my REO.

I've only had luck with caramel as a RY compliment. Next time you have disposable income, do yourself a favor and order a 30ml. I go to the B&M to buy it b/c that company has an agreement w/ B&Ms to sell at the same cost online as the shops charge, so I might as well stimulate local economy.

Got a question: Is the P67 button on the website the spring assist button that Rule has talked about?

I'm quite sure that the most recent release of the P67 has the spring loaded button. It was only the first release, and maybe the 2nd, which was very small, that didn't have it. Both of mine were 1st release; so I had Rob send me the upgraded buttons.
