Unless you hoople something.

Does bring up a point though: If Rob couldn't/didn't sell them any more because of this deeming crap... would he still be able to repair them under the deeming regs?

Please don't overthink that one at this point.

Wow...great question!

Kay was getting the hippy thing done? (Ouch!) She was most likely transferred from the hospital straight into PT rehab. Will probably be MIA for a while but I hope she gets a chance to check in soon with a status report. She's been silent since the day before she was going in.

Hey Rick! I've been home for a few days now...no rehab after all... well, a couple of days.....tho a PT comes three times a week to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly and often....long boring story but I'm so glad to be home! And doing very well!

Good to know Kay survived the surgery. The question now is: Will her specialists survive Kay?

Seriously - she needs to do this right to get a good result. No fooling around.

HEY!!! I can fool around and STILL get it right! I didn't even need full rehab so...:pervy:

Seriously, I take this full hip replacement very seriously and have since I first learned I needed it. I've obeyed every directive from every professional involved in this from the start...I may be a smartbutt ..but I'm no dummy!:)

I may have some butts to kick sooner or later and I wanna be able to do a good job of it.

Thank you all for asking about me..it makes me feel very good!

I surely hope so!

Peach, Rick, all three of those are so gorgeous!!! Really love the back of the gold one.

So....finally got hold of Kay tonite........been trying to get hold of her for 3 days. They had sent her to the "other" rehab that was supposed to be so nice.......well.......they might have linen tablecloths, but they don't take care of ya. Some type of complication arose. She wasn't sure if it was infection or what it was.........so the rehab sent her to the ER. In true kay fashion, after waiting for 3 hours to be seen.......she called a cab and went home! The cab driver all but carried her in the house, got her remote, some coffee, etc. Next day, she ended up talking to her doc or someone, who told her to get her .... back in the ER!! So Chey took her up there today. She is waiting there now, but when passing her area, a doc stopped backed up and looked.....it was one of the docs who'd done her surgery, so he told her he was the only osteo on call, and he had a couple ahead of her, but he would find out what was going on and get her fixed!!! So I told her to let me know when she knows what's going on. She sounded great. She kept saying that I on the other hand, cuz of my cold, sounded like a dirty old man over the phone!:facepalm:

AND he took the long scenic route and played my favorite rnr on the radio!

Only if you intend it to be a battery holder. Now think good thoughts - intentionally - about your battery holders and miniature mood enhancing fog machines.

i changed my mind, proving intent is rather difficult.

Yeah, that's gonna get all tricky-like for the FDA.

I mean, I bought vodka, intending to use it to clean my atomizers. Otherwise, I would have bought better vodka.
And I have a butane torch, that I might just intend to cauterize any wounds the FDA guys might get accidentally, because there's little bits of snipped off kanthal I saved up for them to step on.
And I don't intend to use these fancy little boxes with strategically placed holes and springs and threads at all, I just collect them because they're pretty.
And maybe I intend to bathe in VG with a little caramel and vanilla flavoring...are you sure you want to know?
Hey, FDA. Wanna know what I intend to do with a bunch of 4 oz amber glass bottles? Go ahead - ask me!!

I use water to thin my 100 VG liquids. A 16 oz. bottle of Poland Spring will cost $250.00 with added taxes once my intention for water use is discovered. (Assuming water passes PMTA approval.)
