That's 6 minutes of your life you'll never get back. Or 2 eggs.

i find myself trying to find new ways home each weekend because shopping drives me crazy. For the first time in 4 years, i am on no lists for vape gear, so i suppose paying some bills might be a good idea.

Do keep me posted - that goes for anyone who tries the SS. Make sure to tag me because sadly I don't make it over here nearly as much as I should. What can I say, I am a sloth

:D

More on ss.
So far, I haven't found much use for the 26g 316L. I've been running 24g Z coils in my Stumpys and Makers. But I did just get some 28g, and this might interest the Sloth. I decided to try a set of dual, spaced coils in a Manta. I made 2 7 wrap, 2.5mm diameter coils, and space them just enough so that the legs line up straight on with the post holes. No extra bends in the legs. The 28g ss is a little flimsy to work with; but I mounted both coils snug to the posts. After the grub screws were tight, I pulled straight back on the drill bits, to tighten up the coils, so there weren't any loose wraps. Wicked it up and 'Bob's you uncle'. Big time flavor and clouds.
I know you were a big Manta fan, at one time. If you still have any, give it a try.

All my RM2's were drilled to 1/16" and better for it.

It's difficult to ascertain anyone's motives for selling anything - i'm such a hoarder i cannot bear to part with anything, so my involvement with the classifieds has always been buying.

However, if we make the assumption that a Reo user of 2 years ago now makes their own coils and makes them well, sometimes a single battery mod will not power, for a work day, some of the fancy flavour coils that are being built - and i mean specifically Claptons.

My ADV is a dual battery device for the battery life. I stopped smoking years ago, so now it's the clouds and flavour i chase, because i no longer need a replacement for cigarettes.
Would i sell a Reo? Not likely.

Addit: HRH has a rather tasty collection of Reos too and since she thankfully only has one mouth and can use only one at a time - i asked her if she'd consider selling a few of her minis, you know, to fund purchases around the house and so on. She said :censored: yourself Trunker.

As well she should have!!:)

I sold em, and will probably not use duals again, but that's awesome to know. I should try a parallel 28g in a stumpy.

Would type more but so slammed at work it ain't funny...thanks for keeping me posted man, I appreciate it. I'm the same with the 26g, I've found the 24g is much more my style. Wish I hadn't ordered 250ft of 26g.

Can anyone tell me when Rob first brought out the Reo Grand, was it after 2007, should I be stocking up on parts and getting a new P67 or Grand.
It seems to me that it was about 2010. I became a member of ECF in 2010 because I thought that the REO Grand would be the mod of my dreams and also knew I needed access to the forum to order one. I was right on both counts.:)

Probably would be good, although it might be tough to beat an 8 wrap, 24g, Z coil, in a Stumpy.
I only got 50 feet of 26g ss to try. Glad I didn't get more. I check prospective builds out on Steam Engine, before building, and I haven't found a use for 26g ss yet.

Dual coil the 26. It heats and cools faster than 24, which keeps burning juice even when you're not.

i have some 20g too, which is fun and once i heat that up....i turn off the heating for 4 hours. It's nice to wrap and hard to vape.

My adv is 26g but i run big air atties, so wicking starts taking on serious importance.

I bought 27 g. SS without really doing any research. I discovered that I don't really want to fit 16 wraps between my posts for a 1.0 ohm vape. Oops!

So dual coil it. Fold a bit of it in half and it magically becomes what the cool kids call a parallel coil (except i spell it right). i used to use 32g and wrap a dead on 1Ω coil every time.

We're talking SS, cools down quick as is brotha! A Sloth doesn't dual...doesn't see a need.

I would never sell my REOs! I'll be counting on them when/if all this goes south! I've got several regulated mods but I don't expect they'll last, so I won't be buying more. Right now my plan is to send my 3 grands in for upgraded 510s and then buy extra springs and contacts. I'll probably buy more grands as I can along the way too.

I still dual coil the Mantas and Thumps. But if it's a 2 post atty, and there's room in between the posts for a Z coil, that's the build for me. I tried a couple different dual builds in my first Maker. Didn't care for it.

Hey, I'm an ignorant logger. Explain that to me like I'd never built a coil, please?
