Rob is definitely making some calls..I'm sure he's getting legal counsel.. He also has a USA patent on the grand.so he wants to see if that would help him too..imho,it should,it cost him a lot of money,and... was issued by the US govt...gonna be an interesting year...

It's interesting that the first lawsuit cited a constitutional argument (that not allowing vendors to tell customers that vaping was safer than smoking was a violation of free speech) and this one is arguing that ignoring any science is damaging to business.

I'd say the FDA will need to hire some more staff/lawyers soon.

The really absurd thing is that companies have to prove that it's safer than cigs and then go a lot further than that, but after proving it........can't claim it!

Bad news: I either really bombed the written for that job interview or they didn't want someone who's been out of practice this long.
Good news: I got a call about a position at one of the places I use to work. Interviewed, and so far they're willing to bring me back and work with me. I'm excited and terrified at the same time. Gonna spend some $$$ (like...a lot of money - almost $500) and take an online refresher class to make sure I'm back up to speed. Nerves are winning out over excitement tonight. Luckily, I've got about a month before I would start to brush up. [emoji53][emoji32]
