Do you have parts for your Reo's?
I did try to keep a doomsday stash (savings) for when this day came. I really debated getting the second Reo, but was fearful that it might be now or never. Who knows what prices the used might end up going for down the road, and I do hold just the teeny tiniest fraction of hope that something may stop all this nonsense...but I stocked up anyway in case it doesn't.
Still need to catch up, but Lori............Im so sorry.........I told you I'd forget!

I haven't stocked up on kanthal or ss wire at all. I'm not worried about availability. Resistance wire is used for many other purposes. I don't think we'll have any trouble getting it.

I have a half dozen spools of kanthal and SS. Just ordered some Nichrome 80 to give a spin. Like Rule, I'm less concerned about the availability of wire. SS should always be around, unless jewelry gets labeled as a Tobacco Product

Heck, I don't think you can, or would want to use it (too $$), but I still have some sterling silver wire, from my jewelry making days.
It would be too thick even if you wanted to use it though.

I haven't really stocked up on parts for em. I have one extra woodvil spring, and one or two grand springs and maybe a + contact......but........I know where the guy lives who makes em!! Not at all. Like others said, they can't ban wire. I did just get 250 ft of 28g SS and 250 ft of 26g SS so that's kinda stockin up, but only got 500 ft because it was less than 1.00 more than just getting 100 ft. One of em was like 30 sumpthin cents more. So was a no brainer to get the 250 ft when I realized the pricing.

It's for an Eternity atty that I used for about 5 minutes, oh...maybe two years ago.
It was an okay vape, but the tiny wire is a deal breaker. It's basically a dripper that holds about 30 drops, if memory serves...
Anyway, I have a couple, not counting on them for the doomsday stash, but could vape with them if they became the last option...if I can still see by then.

I bought two of those when I was planning for my reo. They were inexpensive, and I figgered it would be awhile before I could get a good atty, but at least I'd have something to use. Fortunately a friend sent me some attys, so I never used them, but pif'd them to another friend who wanted some eternitysIt's for an Eternity atty that I used for about 5 minutes, oh...maybe two years ago.

oh Lori, I forgot to tell you. Be sure to clear coat the copper vein so it will stay pretty, otherwise it will turn black on ya. Here are some posts about doin that.

I absolutely LOVE it on my black Reo, so I won't mind having the whole mod in that color too.
Remember from years back the book that helped you to figure out what "season" you were based on your skin tones, eye and hair color, gosh...prob from the late 80's. Well, I'm mostly a "fall" type, so that warm copper color is just perfect for me.
I'll read those links for sure, and now that you've mentioned it, I think I might have read that when I was first looking at getting a Reo...but...you know how it goes, I've slept a few times since then.
Hey all! All of these stocking up posts has me a bit concerned in that I don't have a huge crop of Nic stored. I, of course, have all the Reo goodies I'll ever need. I certainly don't want to over-react but also don't want to under-react either.

I know you must be 18, poss 21 in some states. Child proof packaging, then it also depends on your individual states, so craziness going on if a few states. In, Pa, Utah, off the top of my head...
