Sounds like a bunch of "oops, we forgot to send it".I just did and it should be moving along now. But this is dumb:
1) they say they tried to reach out to me when I placed the order, because there was a "partial match" with my CC billing address (not true on either account)
2) They say they never "captured" the charge, but can do so now (not true, I watch my account like a hawk--it was captured)
3) They will ship it today ('bout time)
