Wait - is that the 10, or is it the 8.5??
I thought we needed the 8.5's for a Reo...

They fit just right.

I just ordered the 8.5 to be sure. Freakin' insane price  sometimes this hobby gets the best of me.

It's for the wood though, it's all for the wood. :|
You only live once. It's a hobby. Think about the price of ONE carton of cigarettes.... :)

Yeah but that carton came with a free lighter. This is like buying a $90 lighter.

(I ordered one, too, lol)

Look at it THIS way - it's well worth the $30, if you enjoy it every time you use it, right? That could be, like a couple
hundred little happy moments, every day!!

For those of you who have the O-16 clone or the authentic, I ordered and received these set screws from McMaster carr. They are the same as the one's in my clones, and should also be the one's for the authentic. I got the extended dog screws, M3 X 3mm.

Thanks for that info! I have a clone and am using it now and love it. I didn't have any problem with my screws, but I like the idea of those extended dog screws. I'll have to look into getting some.

Good to have extras around, those little one's get dropped and lost very easily. The extended dog screws are what's used in these from the factory, so these are a direct match.
When I ordered from Mc Master, I didn't see any shipping options, I probably just missed them, but the pack of 25 shipped "next day" for $9.54 w/tax total.

The way these trap the wires, should be the way it's done on all the rebuildables with set screws for capturing the wire ends. No more snipped wires when tightening down.

I noticed the O16 has extended dog grub screws. I think it's the first time I've seen them in an atty. Quite a while back, I got a bunch of grub screws from McMaster Carr in various sizes, to cover all the attys I have; M2, M2.5, M3, and 4-40. But I ordered them all with 'non marring' tips. The 'cupped' ones that come with many attys will cut the wire, if you're not careful.
