So, a while ago I was watching all the birds literally swarming the feeders and was pretty sure a storm was coming...sure enough, it's snowing like crazy!!!

Don't need no dang weather channel:D

I'm taking a lil break from putting weather stripping on the doors and windows...I know, shoulda had it done already..shouldn't have to do it at all as I rent this place...but the maintenance man is both lazy and inept, and I enjoy doing "manly" chores, it makes me feel impowered:D

I've been single for the past 32 years. There are no "manly" chores. At my house they're "momly" chores, and I feel so empowered I could scream.

No, that's fine, that's how it should be. The spring/screw and in fact entire body of the mod are the negative end of the circuit. The screw is THERE to hold the spring...

I think an O-16 IS a good one for single coil - the airflow adjustment works and lets you get a tight draw or open up more if you want. And it's just a good flavor atty all around.
Clones are at Fasttech or Focalecig or 3F.
For an authentic, they're at Vapinart.

Hey thanks for letting me know about the negative end of the circuit inside the mod. Also thanks for info on the O-16 clones. I will check those out. Happy 2017!!!

Following Rule62's comments, I got the spring assisted fire button for my P67. I didn't know these were available. I think it is a worth while addition to the REO. If you have ever had a sticky fire button, you understand, I hadn't used mine for a while due to that sticking problem. You might consider a peek insert to replace the wood block at the same time, if you like to bathe your P67 like it do.
I didn't find it on the website last week but wrote Rob and ask about it. He invoiced me and sent one out. The install didn't take long, about ten minutes, the innards of the P67 are pretty straight forward. The trickiest part was making certain that the negative "plate" that the positive contact hits is perpendicular to the rear of the REO body after tightening the stainless filler tube. [A very small amount of plumbers putty with a toothpick on the threads is a good fix for a leaky connection.]
Yes, I think the spring to assist the fire button and peek insert would be great additions. I do like to bathe the reos.
Good recommendations! Thanks

Hey gang, can anyone offer up any info on a decent ultrasonic cleaner and why you like using it? Nothing extravagant or real costly, something that works and is a pretty good deal for some small items. Thanks...
A couple of years ago I bought a smaller size ProSonik brand off ebay. I just noticed there are a LOT of them there in various sizes and prices. If you go that route, I'd recommend using a seller with a great rating in their business section. At least you could see them at Harbor Freight if you have one near you. Good luck.

Question for the REO Vets.

My daily driver is having an issue getting juice to the deck without a long very hard squeeze, I can't figure out what the hold up is. I've changed bottles, cleaned everything many times in the ultrasonic cleaner and I get the same result.

When it's squonking with difficulty, I check to see how tight I tightened the bottle on the last fill, that can make a difference. I am assuming you have the end of the tube clearing the bottom of the bottle, and not suctioning to the bottom of the bottle, or the sides.

I had it happen to one of my Nuppins one time. The mod it was on had tipped over on my desk, and because the squonk/drain hole on a Nuppin is below deck level, the end of one of the cotton wicks got down in there, and was partially blocking the hole.

Thanks, I think I've tried everything suggested, I'll go through and do everything again this weekend.
Did it just suddenly start while you were vaping, or did you do even a little thing? Refill the bottle, dryburn and rewick, etc. Our super cold weather just hit so I doubt it's a super thick vg issue from the cold weather. Any additional info you can give about when/how it started would be helpful. you do have a v cut in the bottom of the tube right?

One other thing came to mind after reading @Rule62's last post... I have read in the past that there were a few occasions where cotton or rayon wicking had actually been sucked back down when draining and clogged the 510 so you might also take your bottle out and atty off, then take a small paperclip unfolded and stick it down the 510 to see if you have any type of obstruction in there...
