Thanks all... Technically it is day 2, but day 1 didn't start till around 1pm or so, so I guess right now as we speak day 2 has started!! Been working on my other supercharged grand to get it ready for pics and a new home.
If I could share any kind of words as to how its been so far, the only thing thats weird is its different not holding something in my hand. I might have to find something to take its place so it will take that feel of it away... Baby steps though!!

Glad you posted this video. You make it look so easy. I'd love to try some of your, (or anyone else's as far as that goes) DIY juice.
The link to the Scale offers 500g, 1000g, and 3000g Capacity. Would the different size offers impact DIY juicing? Looks like the actual Scale is the same, but is offered with different size bowls. May be wrong on that though as I really didn't study each offer. That's why I'm asking about the differnt choices.
Looks beautiful on there. That aluminum and red go great together.

the 500 gram is the only one that reads .00 hundredths the 1000 and the3000grams is total weight capacity

The 1000 and 3000 only read down to 0.1g. The 500 reads to 0.01g. That's why it's more expensive. You need your scale to read 0.01 for accurate mixing.

The 500 measures hundredths. The 1000 and 3000 measure tenths.
You need hundredths. One drop weighs about .03g to .04g, depending what it is.
Thank all of you for the info. I'll be sure to get the 500g Scale when I get one. Still have to get the nads to do the DIY. If mixing DIY juice is any indication of how my actual cooking is, ...then we're all gonna starve. Lord help us.
