I have dropped a couple off the bed onto carpet, stuff like that.
This time I was getting out of the car, tons of bags of groceries/purse/junk in my arms, and the SW slipped out of my purse pocket.
The "damage" isn't bad though, the tube/sides were saved, and I kinda like the dimple.

Think I need to follow snorks video. My switch button is dirty I believe as the button is getting stuck when depressed..Has been my only pv since day 1 of receiving it.

I had to take mine apart too. I spilled juice down the side and into the button so it was sticking something awful. Taking it apart, cleaning it and putting it back together was a fairly simple process, no issues. Now it's working like a charm again.

Have you tried putting a drop of oil in the button?

I've had to take apart and clean the button/button hole three times on my "beater" ShockWave. It collects pocket debris.

I haven't put oil on it. It was pretty simple to take apart, all clean now and working like new. Mostly pocket debris in mine too. I think some of the black paint on the inner switch mechanism had come off too which didn't help matters. Thanks for the helpful video snork.
