Vapor Shark DNA

i hadn't come across that one in my search, nice! i like it. problem is though, the devices that use lipo's can't be shipped here. atleast i havent found a vendor yet that will. i pretty much need one that uses 18650's, preferably dual 18650's ;)

Oooh, love these pretty pictures! Have been fiddling with Sophia and SnP and still working the bugs out (basically getting acquainted). Reading and re-reading. Anyway, I'm not having any luck using my Hippo V2 with my set-up. I continue to get a OP on my Mini Provari (I chose the Hippo because I read that the Provari Ring cut off air flow and needed to be turned a tad and I like things to fit snug (enough learning with this new, fun get-up). Has anyone used a Hippo with a SnP with success?

I've the Hippov2, and have used it with all my attys including SnP/Sophia. Have you adjusted the post in the Hippo to accommodate the Sophia?

Edit: sounds like you're not making connection between the Hippo and the Sophia. Small flat blade - counterclockwise - adjust post in Hippo - mount SnP/Sophia - vape ;)

Yes, the Hippo isnt connecting with Sophia. Sounds like I need to adjust the pin in Sophia? Will that also adjust the airflow? I've read that to make any changes in AF (Sophia), I need to remove the ceramic cap first right? Thank you.

The pin in the Sofia doesn't get any higher or lower.

The hippo v2 has an adjustable pin, I have not needed to use it, but the post has a slotted head for a screw driver, but i don't know what version you have. (I am still waiting on my sophia's)

I have the Hippo v2, and a Provari mini. I also am getting an OP with the Sophia. It works with a Protank, Kayfun, and Spheroid, and a Boge carto. I can't seem to adjust the pin on the Hippo high enough to connect with the Sophia. The center pin on my Sophia is recessed a fraction of a mm from the outer ground (the threaded part). Just got it up and running, so I don't want to take it apart to see if turning the center pin changes things.

The Sofia's pin is a press fit, so maybe your's got pushed up a little too far, mine sticks out ever so slightly. I don't believe turning it will do anything though , you may need to figure out how to push it from the top without bending it ? I dunno. Maybe come by the official ByLeo thread and ask there, Bill (the creator) is there often. I'd link to it but I'm on my phone. If you don't know where the thread is maybe just check my post history.

Do you happen to know if the Sophia works ok in an AGR tank?

I'm not real familiar with the AGR but generally every carto tank will work. The only possible issue you'll run in to is turning the juice control. You get a soft silicone o-ring to use in the top cap but not all tanks are created equal and some use vastly different sizes of inner seal o-rings.
