They may still have some.

Apparently not for this redhead. I keep checking and it keeps showing OOS. Plus I joined the "wait list" a short time ago and I've never been notified that the 23mms were available. *sigh* I guess I will just go back and try to get my Sophia into the 22mm SnP I received today. :p

OK, another noob question - for those using the 22mm SnP with the Sophia - do you also use the ProRing?

I would use the tapered ring for a Kayfun on a 22mm tank. Kayfun V3.1 ProVari ring - Kayfun 3.1 I have the 23mm SnP. One couldn't pry it out of my cold, dead hand. Best carto tank I ever had. ;) Looks Perfect on the 23mm ProVari. It's especially nice with the optional ProVari base for a clean, seamless look. :)

I have come to these forums for over a year and just straight found answers to my questions but never felt the need to post. Then I started reading about Sophia. I love her so much that after a year of just reading on these forums I HAD to make an account and post on other topics just so I could get back to this topic and post:

I have her now. Tracking never updated.she just showed up on my doorstep asked if I could come play. Of course I obliged. Sophia is far and away my favorite atty so far; Very minimal leakage, air and juice control and supreme ease of maintenance make her a great atty. With the flavor and vapor achievable with just the standard replacement wicks and control adjustments she surpassed my expectations and raised my standards.

I have a phiniac tank on it's way because she needed some fancy clothes.

Thank you tochonut for selling me on this and a huge thank you to Leo for making such a strong beautiful goddess of a tank. If you possibly find another way to upgrade her (not seeing anything that you could really improve on from here but if you do) may I suggest "Athena" for the name.

No Problem.. :) I'm glad you are enjoying Sophia as much as I do. I really don't try to "sell" anyone on a device. ;) After 3 years of vaping, if I come across something that actually works well, and consistently does so, I will let folks know about it. :) Thanks for taking the time and effort to post here about your experience.

Sophia is one that I have no issue raving about whatsoever. :vapor:

The pro ring I believe is for provari. That seems to be what I remember in a vid.

Right. And it says the same on the vendors' pages as well. So I bought a ProRing along with my 22mm SnP, because I intended to use both on my ProVari.

So I get my package today from domo (super fast shipping by the way), I first swap out the top cap inner o-rings for the red ones that come with the SnP (thanks, technonut!), get the Sophia in the tank and set her up on the ProVari WITHOUT the ProRing just to see if it all connects nicely. Which it does.

I take the Tank/Sophia off, put on the ProRing, go to reconnect the tank/Sophia....and it's no bueno. :( I can't thread the Sophia to the ProVari, it just keeps spinning.

It looks to me like the ProRing raises the tank far enough off the top of the ProVari that in order to make the connection between the Sophia and the ProVari I had to raise the tank up higher on the Sophia. OK, fine, now there's enough of the Sophia to reach down through the ProRing and make the connection with the ProVari. I slide the SnP tank back down so it is now sitting on top of the ProRing...

And the juice control segment (where the two pieces connect) of the Sophia is now nestled smack dab in the middle of the tank's bottom cap, completely blocked. :?:

If anyone has successfully used the ProRing with a Sophia and a ProVari, please let me know how you did it. I am completely ready to have egg on my face for missing something entirely obvious. I would rather be embarrassed as a noob than realize that I just purchased a $25 beauty ring that I can't use.

I don't have a Kayfun ring. I'm using my Loki Labs ring at the moment. and let me tell you, that s*#& is tight. And I don't mean that in a good way. It almost completely cuts off the airflow.

I was just suggesting the Kayfun ring since it is tapered to 22mm on the top. ;) I generally use the Hippo V2 for any device which does not have it's own airflow control. It gives the ProVari three important features that ProVape will not... AF control, an adjustable pin, and a flat top. :)

When I use the SnP ProVari base / ring, I only need to move it slightly upwards for decent AF.

But my real problem is that I cannot use - or at least I have not yet figured out how to use - the GP ProRing with the Sophia in the 22mm SnP tank.

I swapped the Loki Labs ring out for my $15 Tatroe ring and that's working like a champ, airflow issue solved. I also have the Hippo V2 so I could put that on and give it a go.

So while I'm content vaping along here with the ProVari+Sophia+22mmSnP setup using my Tatroe ring, I'm trying really hard not to be miffed about buying the GP ProRing just yet, and hoping that someone else here can point out what I'm missing.
