Hey guys I'm not a novice making regular coils but in the video she speaks of non resistance wire and resistance wire witch one is witch lol ? I have 28,30,32 kanthal wire to work with!

You would need to purchase either nickel or silver NR wire to make the legs... You use the Kanthal that you have for the coil, and attach the NR wire to the ends after you figure your desired resistance.

Dang Technonut, how did you even find that Tobeco was making a zapper? I also just purchased the Zapper v2, and like nelsonm64 stated above, this Tobeco zapper looks just like it. And I'm sure will be much cheaper than what we paid for the Zapper v2. I haven't had much time to play with it, but it worked really well for the one wire that I put together.

And rockk973, for the NR legs, I would not go larger than 30 GA. The premade wire that I initially purchased uses 30 GA NR, and the ceramic cup is a pretty tight fit. You have to force it into the base. The coils that come with the Sophia uses 32 GA, and that is what I used when I made my one and only (32GA NR)-(30GA R)-(32GA NR) wire. It fit onto the base more easily. I was afraid of breaking the ceramic cup when forcing the 30 GA on, but it did finally fit. I haven't tried using thinner NR wire, although I may give it a try at some point.

No idea how you fit XC116 in there. It way too thick. Please post pics if you get it to work.

I just squeeze it between the slots of the ceramic, and trim the wick close to the cup.. ;) My other favorite wicking material is the 3mm German silica.

Here's a pic of the XC-116 in the ceramic.. ( I found early in the game that I get the best wicking with no dry-hits, gurgling, or flooding, by trimming the wick close to the cup.. :) )

I still need to pretty-up the coil spacing and trim it closer to the cup... I just grabbed the nearest ceramic I had to take this pic, and normally would have torched it clean before coiling:

Im beside myself to be completly honest. I decided to use my Nicoticket Creme Brulee and oh my heavens...I seriously think I heard the Angels singing!!! This, in complete and utter honesty is THE best vape I have ever had, hands down!!! I will be purchasing at least 9 more Sophias when I am done with my taxes. I cant even express how happy I am right now. You have got to get at least one, but seriously you would be far happier ordering two!
