UPDATE 2/14/14 -

Today I received two envelopes. One was my full order AGAIN complete with packing slip AGAIN. The second envelope consisted of 6 additional bottles. In total I have received 36 bottles of juice for the price of 11.

I have been vaping Peaches and Kreme and am finding it very enjoyable. It tastes like fresh juicy peaches. I don't taste much cream....but that is ok with me. The tangy juicy peach flavor is extremely satisfying.

I also tried the Irish Kreme and found that pleasant. Not sure how to describe it as my tongue is not as fine tuned as most of the juice connoisseurs here. (I love reading some of the flavor reports with their high notes, back notes, etc.! :D )

Anyways, I am glad this chapter is over with. I seriously doubt I will order again.



UPDATE 2/15 - Well, I thought I was finished but apparently not. Today I received 5 more bottles!! 41 bottles!!! Had no notice this one was going to come. This envelope had a packing slip in it along with the letter offering a free bottle!

If I like all the flavors, I definitely won't need to buy any juice for awhile!! Hopefully, I am done receiving bottles of juice from this company.

Funny, because I just went and got my mail and I too got a package from the vapor company. No packing list or letter. No notification this was coming. There were 8 bottles in the package, 5 of which were not on my original order. I don't think this was intended to come to me.

I've noticed that the complaints on their facebook page have tapered off. I wish I had used paypal instead of a debit card, because it's probably going to be complicated to try to get a refund. How many people are just going to say, "oh well, live and learn", and this guy will be laughing all the way to the bank?

I don't think he is trying to scam you guys ... if you call and complain you will get your bottles. While some people have not received their liquid ordered over a month ago, others like myself have received more than we ordered. I ordered 19 bottles , and to date i have received 42 bottles in 4 different shipments, and i'm not even sure this is the end of it.

The guy has absolutely no managerial oversite or control over his inventory, and clearly no shipping system. I think there is a better chance of him going bankrupt than him laughing his way to the bank.

Well, I finally got my order...

I'm not sure when exactly I started this thread, and don't feel like checking right now, but it was well over a month ago that I ordered. I just last week got my order.

So what do I think? I wanted to hate this juice. However several of the bottles are now almost empty. It definitely wasn't bad. Wasn't bad at all, actually.

Just sayin.

I finally got a response to all the 'live chat' messages I sent the company about wanting a refund. The response reads- 'Your ticket is now solved!'. That's it. No, okay, the money will be refunded, or your order is on its way, or anything like that. Just 'Your ticket is now solved!' I went to the site and my order is still marked waiting to be filled, and nothing has been credited to my bank. So.... what the hell?

i think my point was sorta lost: give the juice even more of a chance, if you ordered 6-8 bottles of this and made it difficult for yourself. they should have had a 'max 2 bottles!' on the 1.99 juice i believe. hell, 3 bottles. you guys ordering 6 or 10 bottles of this made it hard on yourself as well as everybody else i think. either way, i got an email saying something and im about to go over to my place and check and see if the order's there. ive been vaping uncle junks monics eyes and honeydo so i doubt ill get to these any time soon. and DEM GOOD GOODS PINEAPPLE COCONUT, lol.

i received my 2nd order today (#1882), but even a simple order like mine was screwed up. im not going to be too terribly critical of it, and especially not the juice, because i do dig it. but simply to point it out and i will probably call them on monday because i cant in good conscience order from the vapor company again if these previous ~2000 orders havent been sorted out.

i ordered a bottle of watermelon wonder/smash, and used the promo code for a free bottle of bananarama. in hindsight i probably should have ordered and paid for the bottle of banana instead of the watermelon to be sure that i would at least be able to try a new flavor from them, but i figured an order of two bottles would be difficult to mess up. i only got the watermelon, and its much darker than the bottle i got previously. im not really going to make assumptions as to why the promo code wasnt honored, instead ill ask them next week when i give em a call. the bottle is topped off to 10ml at least, but i reordered this juice because it was close to clear in color. when i get a product that is different from one that i just ordered not a few weeks before, thats an inconsistency im not willing to accept when i am ingesting it and honestly unless they rectify my order so that i can actually try more flavors, i doubt i'll order again on principle. its also really quite a bummer because i do enjoy the one flavor i tried, but now i've received two orders when i am all but sure that there are customers who havent gotten their first yet. i noticed they sent out an email blast yesterday that i'll paste here:

i dont exactly like that tim keeps saying 'questions' in this mail. these arent questions, these are inquiries toward products that people have already paid for far beyond the allotted time for these orders to processed and shipped. i personally gave their site a chance because i had some money in my paypal account and beyond the price, that was the only reason. i had no expectations one way or the other in terms of the product, but i did like the flavor, i think their watermelon is one of the better ones ive had. however, they themselves developed a negative buzz and tim sees it as questions, which is a bit unfair to the customer when you get down to it.

like i said before, i think they could have controlled their sale a bit better instead of letting it get as out of hand as it did, max 3 bottles or something along those lines. it seems to me like the bigger picture is wanting to make the money, not having the physical product on hand to make the sales, and/or either not enough employees or competent employees to handle mixing and packaging over these two months. i will post back here after i get in touch with someone there regarding the promo code and the bottle of banana, i was hoping to be able to try that one and i didnt go down to nett mix to grab some of their banana because i figured this would be coming through. caveat emptor!

Finally got my order from 1-9-14. Only after I sent them an email with a subject line of "filing claim with credit card".
The order, #1149 arrived on Friday 2-21-14. I didn't get a code for a free bottle either.
I'm afraid I'm not as nice as some of you though. I hope he has to fold and thinks twice about opening another business.
I'm sorry but continuing the sale while being that back logged AND sending out orders to the "squeaky wheels" who ordered later is completely un-excusable. I've seen other vendors completely stop taking orders. Why didn't he?
This did teach me a lesson about trusting without question deals that I see on Vapor Joes. I rarely look at his site now.

I ordered on jan 8th and waited 16 days then sent a msg saying I just wanted to cancel my order and waited 5 days with no answer so I opened a paypal claim i then recieved a confirmation from the vapor co. That my order was cancelled and I thought that was the end of it well 2 and a half weeks later I get an email that it's shipped and it shows up at my house the next day. I then very naively posted on mod envy on facebook with a poor choice of words. And was attacked by the community and told I defrauded this company even the owner posted saying I was a very dishonest person without letting me elaborate on the actual situation. So I gladly told him I would mail the juice back if he wanted to pay shipping dose that make me a bad person. But this whole situation has been a nightmare and will never order from another juice company that vapor joes pimps. I shouldn't have to made to feel bad because a company messed up and I was surprised

I cannot fathom you defrauding a vendor when it was obviously their mistake. Obviously, from what you describe you were not hiding the fact you obtained an order. It seems they are highly disorganized. It is their problem not yours. Their mistakes belong to them.

Yes, your 100% correct. I did read some nasty comments the vapor company stated in regards to you. All I can say is "wow". For a entity to air their dirty laundry on a social media page is low. Stay on ecf and follow the sales. I try to post sales that are not facebook related. :) (Deals & steals thread)
