I ordered 6 of the 510 L2 kits, thinking they were just upgraded 510's. I found the batteries to be defective, and was not happy with the product.
I contacted Jane and she immediately sent out a postage-paid box to return the kits. After returning them, Jane has now refunded my charge card.
I think their customer service is great. Jane was at all times civil, professional, patient and competent (though I'm sure lately it has been frustrating dealing with the Christmas season and complaints on the faulty L2 batteries). She has also been fast on returning my emails.
The company definitely upheld their dissatisfaction warranty on products that they offer. And I would order again from this company.

if you live close to them I would recommend just going there to pick it up.
Would be the fastest. Probably wouldn't wait 3 days for packing & 1-3 days shipping.

Hubby got me a mega battery (manual) from the site for Christmas. Turned out that there was some kind of short or something that made it turn on and stay on. The LED was not turning on, but the atty was HOT! Had to use the sleeve of my jacket to unscrew it from the battery.
He wrote to the company and let them know, and within three days there was a replacement at the door, along with a spare atty just in case the life of mine was shortened by the overheat!
Their customer service is just AWESOME!
I also got the watermelon hookah juice- it's my favorite so far, my everyday vape. Heavy enough to kill my analog cravings, but with a light enough flavor to vape heavily without it being overwhelming.
They seem to have some issues with their products and their suppliers, but bear with 'em guys, they seem to be a fairly new company, and I can definitely say that the service is excellent, and the juice I got is still my favorite. Been using it since Christmas, and am in desperate need of a re-order soon!

Ok guys... can you tell me what is the secret???? I ordered a new 510 kit from Strictlyejuce at the end of last year, they took the money dec 31st.... and today 11th of jan i am still waiting...... today a sent my second e-mail to this guys never got a reply on the first one. and on their web page it only says my order is "procesing"

take and shoot off refund as subject and let them know you have emailed twice & been waiting since the 31st... If they do not follow suit take and call your card agency & let them know the company has not replied to you or sent you the product as stated within 72hours.
Its plain and simple.
I have done reverse charges a few times. all the way back to 6 months.
Hopefully today my package arrives although it may be 1-2 more days depending on the postal..

Received my order today and everything was as expected. They shipped immediately and the items were packaged in a box which seems like it would protect them more then the bubble envelopes. I like the fact that they carry small samples for under $2 so I'm not stuck with quantity of flavors I don't like and it allows me try more varieties for little $$.
The Watermelon is YUMMY but not much of a TH. Is there something I can add to it for a stronger TH? Do the fruity juices tend to have less TH and what flavors from SEJ have the best TH?
I'm also looking for a strong coffee and a Salem-type menthol with good TH. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

Lavaflow seems to have a decent throat hit, but get ready for a full flavored liquid this stuff doesnt mess around on flavor. I took 15 drops of this stuff from my girlfriend's bottle and mixed it with 15 drops of dr. p (mad throat hit) and it taste like a smartie for some odd reason. 
Ordered some juice to try on 1/08. Received in mailbox today, 1/11, in Virginia. Not impressed so far with "flue-cured tobacco" (needs something, IMHO), but the hookah style chocolate is good. Haven't tried my whole selection yet.
the apple was great but it looks like they are out....the fruit punch is ok but it taiste like buble gum and the hooka grape taste like poop! LOL OH and the case i got...i don't know if it is just me put the pieces you put in want to fall out when you open it...but over all for the price get some juice as long as you're not in a hurry for it!
