They're a relatively new company and the first one I've find that's based in Los Angeles. Well, actually their office is in Chatsworth and the reason you saw stuff about hawaii is because Jane, who takes care of their customer service, etc. just moved back to Hawaii and until they find someone here to take her place, I hear she'll still be doing a lot of it from 3,000 miles away *LOL*
The reason I know all this is because i was looking for a job, but it's sort of impossible to get to Chatsworth every day when you don't have a vehicle :(
As far as their merchandise, I don't have a clue either of how they can charge so little esp in L.A., guess time would tell... I would definitely buy their hardware but not DeKang juices or any made in China for the matter. I'd rather spend extra and find all-natural and even organic vapes. ;)

Has anyone else had any problems with the auto battery from this company sticking in the ON position? The 2 I have don't do it much, but I always have to look at the LED after a puff to make sure it's off! A tap on something turns it off if it does get stuck on.

Yes this has been discussed here:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-discussion/55432-l2-510-battery-warning.html

When I spoke with Jane awhile back she told me that she would send a new kit out. Unfortunetly because of there great service in response to this the batty's showed up. I wouldn't be surprised if they had people send in there PV's first before receiving a replacement. That probably should of been the way to do it in the beginning.

"We have received complaints of defective batteries and atomizers, and when we sent replacements, we received OLD Joye 510 batteries and OLD Joye 510 Atomizers, in addition to receiving colors and brands from TW and TECC that we do not even sell. Believe us, we know the difference. So please, only notify us with genuine concerns."

Yes. Both of mine in my red kit stuck.

Don't look at the LED. It will go off, even though the button is still stuck. The only way you will know if it's stuck is if you either hear a sizzle or the atomizer gets very hot. Unless you've just topped off your cart, you might not hear the sizzle.

I got a return box from them so I can send my kit back but I haven't made it to the PO yet.

Sorry, edited to add I just now saw the word "auto" in your question. Mine were both manual.

The USA flavor (I got 24mg) gives me such a strong, huge hit when dripping with my RN4081, it's freakin awesome. Taste is very close to Marlboro. Maybe more like filtered Pall Mall's in the red box which was my 2nd choice after Marlboro's got very pricey.

Highly recommended if you used to be a pack a day Red full flavor smoker.

I made a mistake myself...it's not auto, it's manual. Same thing happened to me, the LED went off, but all of a sudden the atty got REAL hot! Good thing I was still holding onto it or it'd have burned out. It was the silver with blue LED. I don't think I'll bother trying to send it back, I'll just know to hold it for a bit to see if it's still on.

One of the batteries sticks on a kit I gave to a friend. The other battery just totally fell all apart, button, led etc... So no worries on that one! LOL.. I wont be using these kits ever again. They are simply poor quality compared to a real Joye. Anyone who says they're not is probably stuck with one themselves. Dont kid yourself. Get the genuine article.

I think the 510s I got from MyFreedomSmokes are better in every way. The batteries last longer, the filler in the carts are better (I have to refill the SEJ carts every 5 or so puffs...it only takes 4 drops, but the filler won't wick up the rest in the cart), the carts fit better into the MFS atty (the SEJ carts will just fall out).

I ordered a 510 set w/back up attys, bats, chargers & several assorted juice flavours from Strictly Juice (SJ) just before xmas. It was a big, big order. After a week w/no delivery I emailed them asking the status of my order. I know they were busy. Still -no response. I got a partial order on Jan 4: One bat and a car charger w/1 juice (can't do much vaping with that). No explanation re the rest of my order. I emailed them again thanking them for the partial order but asking where the rest of my stuff was. No response. Yesterday I got the rest of the order - I think - there was no invoice (still zero response from Strictly Juice). I thought I was buying a real Joye but see from this thread it is not - which makes the value of the PV prices at SJ somewhat questionable. It has been less than a day but so far my turbo bat and regular bat (both manual) work well. I hope all goes well since SJ is not big on customer service.

As for the SJ juices - they are OK. I am not overwhelmed with any of them. One flavor I would avoid 4ever is the Orange Cream. They sent me 2 of 'em though I ordered only one. Kind of tastes like something rotten. They do not send you an invoice with your order so you have to go to the website, log in, and look at your invoice to figure out what you were supposed to get. Kind of confusing.

All in all, the SJ juice prices are good but I would not recommend this vendor for beginners buying equipment. They are not the best place for folks who may need guidance with using ecigs, juices and caring for their ecig. I found them completely unresponsive to my emails.

For new PV users who need customer support, I would recommend MyPVShop.com. The equipment prices are great, the juices never disappoint me and they sell name brand Joyes at only a few bucks more than SJ's generic model. When you take the "IVAPE10" percent discount, the prices are virtually the same as SJ for equipment. Most importantly they will talk to you by phone or email any time you need them. They will help you pick the best ecig for you. They have even talked me out of buying equipment I don't need, which cuts into their profit.

Got my replacement batts yesterday for the 2 batts that were sticking in the 510 kit I ordered last Xmas (took 3 days). I thought that I would receive the Joye 510 batts that they have in stock, but to not much surprise I received another pair of L2 batts. Charged them up, tried them out...and they both stick just like the batts I received in the kit.

Customer service was prompt, shipping is ok, but their product is just plain shoddy. Oh, and my bro is still waiting for his kits and juice to arrive. Order was placed last Dec. 28, and supposedly the goods should be on their way. But still...I don't think the cheaper prices are worth this much hassle.

Starting to regret ordering from them..
going to order from someone else also...
its been 48hrs no info yet.
after 72hrs i might cancel my order.. as honestly its not that great of a deal.

and the worst part is this is my first order ever on this stuff.
going to try it in my envy that i have ran the washer & Dryer.
yes still working.
thinking of getting the JB or a pipe.

Well, sent an e-mail inquiring about my order and got a rapid response.

This was only a small "test" order of 6 items. Makes me wonder what would happen if/when I place a larger order.

I placed an order on Tuesday 1/5, I'm hoping to see it shipped today but I'm not holding my breath.

I live about 30 miles from where they say they're based, so I should hopefully get it by Monday or Tuesday. Also ordered a number of items; 2x30mL and 1x10mL, 2 atomizers and some blue foam filler.

Can't wait to see what their product is like. Though the batteries for their LS510 sound shoddy, I haven't read anything bad about the atomizers themselves. Hopefully at least one of em works, I've got a genuine Joyetech that's been kicking for about 2 months. It's on its last legs!
