Don't give up jordan. But, it may be a good time to use carto's for a bit.

I had to wait a few weeks for my first feeder to be built -- so I decided it was time I learned about dripping so I would be better prepared for the bottom feeding aspect. That helped me tremendously.

jordan, you might want to try cleaning them with steam. This is a method that has worked well for me (as did the ultrasonic cleaner). If you would like more info, please feel free to get in touch.

Just a little note to say hello to all the new folks and Hi to all the vets in the forum. I hope everyone is enjoying their Vmods and all is well... I am running some tests right now on the VmodXl with a Kick in it and will be reporting back here as I can to let everyone know how it is working out and all. I can say that as of right now I have my Vmod up and running with the kick and it is "Loverly". Being a beta prototype things could change with design in production full production run Kick at this point I am just beta testing but wanted to let everyone know that as of right now I am using the Kick in my Vmod Hope this is good news to everyone So this means we have a VW VmodXL in the house something I know we have all be looking forward to.....

Ho hum....will my 2 Xl's ever ship? I really need my bottom feeder back.....on the bright side my father is doing good with the XL I gave him, he was NOT intersted nor could use the Grip I got for him, and the Grip is not a good match for me way to bulky for me to handle, gonna try and resell it. He told me yesterday he wants a back up & wants to run 2 flavors LMAO, I would have never dreamed, I am so proud of him 66 and smoked HEAVY since he was 13.. I do get to visit my old XL every other day when I go give it a bath and get everything refilled for him, and I always have to take a few good puffs, ya know just to make sure it's all good

I'm with you. Ordered on the 6th and have been stalking the Vapage site and this thread throughout the day. It's getting painful.

Just run it under hot water whenever you think it needs it. Make sure it's dry, before use. Blow through the connection to get the water out of the air ports.

here's a reply I got from Vapage Chat today. I'm hoping they get the shipment today.

Customer Service: We are expecting a shipment today or monday from our production team. This will fulfill all back orders and if there are some left over, we will add them to stock to sell online. The next production run will be ready in about 2 weeks or so.

Don't we have to use a smaller battery with it and do you have to modify the XL at all? I forgot what the model# of the smaller battery is. Have you tried it with standard resistance attys & how does it perform?
