Tearose-I've noticed you hang around a bunch of the sites I have been checking.You must have also been enchanted by bottom-feeders.
When I decided to expand from my ego collection and get a battery changeable mod I did a lot of shopping, looking and studying and one day decided Bottom Feeding was the way for me to go. More shopping and waiting for them to become available, I ended up with a custom one that I still have, still adore, and use from time to time. Then I expanded my collection with a few models. 
I acquired a vmod1 on a July 4th sale in 2011 and now have both the vmod2 and the XL. I like the ergonomic design and find them fabulous for my purse and for travel. IMHO there is no better pocket mod, period. And, I've tried a bunch.
I don't use feeders as much as I did, but they are still a useful part of my arsenal. In fact, I enjoyed my little vmod2 very much just today. My feeders will always be a bit special to me.

Any ideas to get more airflow, using 2ohm Hybrid BF Atomizer.
Only 2 evening on this carto and first time carto user.
Although, it does remind me of an 801.
Oh and I'm using it on the XL, a first also.

Hi. It is the Vapage AMG. Looks like a carto to me but they seem to call it an atomizer at Vapage and Dragonfly.
Dunno, the 801 was thin, tight draw. Instead of filler around the coil or in this case mesh around the coil. The 801 had mesh at the bottom and a mouthpiece with the cotton filler inside. You put juice on the cotton in the mouthpiece and lowered it to be on top of the coil.
Only difference now seems to be I'm feeding it from the bottom instead of the top. The hit is better but still tight draw. The mod is great but not sure about this carto thing. But like I said this is my first.
Oh ok, it is the atomizer then. Vapage also has cartomizers for the VMOD (Silos) which are pretty darn good, tho you can also use Boges, IKVs, or any other 510 cartos on it. For that matter, you can also try other brands of attIEs.
I do remember the days of using cartridges with a stock atty and dripping that "massive" 12 drops into the cart! Those were the daze!!

Vapage offers two styles of atties.The univrsal and the BF(slantcoil),I think the BF is now comming with the VMODXL along with a Silo carto.
Well, I'm obviously a little lost with this setup. Bought like new, no directions and just gave it a shot. Put some juice in that I like so I have to learn it if I want the juice. Learning curve with everything. Got a Silo but have not tried yet.

There is a long thread in the APV/Liquid-feed sub-forum started by Fourthrok.Lots of info and links to other helpful VMODXL threads by eddie adams,smiley and others .It might be buried pretty deep by now but was very active and is worth looking at.I don't know how to make links(this is my first social media and only a month at that),but maybe some one will come back with a link,keep checking.
That thread oaky is talking about is still on the first pge of the Liquid Feed forum last time I looked.
The manual isn't that helpful. Every little "trick" I've learned about this little device is as a reult of these two threads.

I still use my Vmod most everyday. I finally took the plunge and did a dual micro coil on a Nimbus that I had set up for it. Now I need to find a really good battery for it. Still enjoying mine as when I first got it.
Sign up for the e-mail list - you don't need to create an account to sign up. The down side is you will get a boat load of sale notices for the stuff you don't want before the sale on the Vmods does show up.
You know guys....... I was just talking to my BFF about the Vapage sales. I'm not sure if any of you have ever tried (tried, in terms of gifting) the Vapage disposable Bar Flys, but they are GOOD. Peach is outstanding.
