sounds complicated to me for I don't now anything about the mechanics of how batteried and electrical wirings works. I will search for a tutorial online on this one, hopefully there is one  THANKS AG!

This process is actually pretty darned simple.... It simply is very thin copper sheeting pushed into the battery well and meets the botom spring, this is so the Kick can make ground. You need NO electronics or modding skills to accomplish this fix!

I have run 3 different SLB 1.8ohm (all three read 1.7ohm on my meter) 510 attys on my Vmod so far. I can see where 1.5ohm would be a little warmer, but the vapor and flavor with the one's I'm using is really really good (30%vg). I didn't have any experience with SLB attys until I got these, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm happy with them. I WILL eventually try some lower ohm and different brands, but if any of you have the SLB's, they're great on the VModXL.

Happy to see your return to Vmodia! :)

I haven't tried SLB attys before.
Where did you buy them?

I'm EXTREMELY happy to be back in Vmodia !

I actually got these from the classies. The ohms and price were right so I took a chance. Glad I did. :) I'll see if I can find a source for them.

EDIT: Empiremods has em. 510 and 901 as well. :)

Happy to see your return to Vmodia! :)

I saw a couple comments where people said they have used IKV LR 901 atties on the Vmod. Do you need an adapter of some kind to use a 901 on the Vmod?
You need a 510 to 901 stealth adapter(unsealed), but it has to be drilled with a small hole on the 510 side. Just make sure the hole goes into the center tube in the adapter. Hope that helps.

I just received my replacement Vmod from Vapage. I can't express how awesome their customer service is. It still blows me away that they were the ones to have contacted me to have my Vmod replaced.

Due to already purchasing a different 18650 bottom feeding mod after I ruined my XL and before I was contacted from Vapage I asked if they would replace my Vmod XL chassis with the Vmod 2.0 chassis. I told them that I would purchase the replacement case and bottles for the Vmod 2.0 if they did me this favor. Not only did Vapage replace my XL chassis with a Vmod 2.0 chassis they also sent me a graphic replacement case and 2 bottles free of charge. Now that is what I call customer service.

If there is a better mod under $100 haven't found it get.

That is the good news now the bad. Mine is heading to Cali for some r&r tomorrow. Seems I have managed to mess something up as I am having leaking issues.

May take the chance of picking up a back up bottom feeder. Seems I need 2. I am on the list for The Bacchus but think I may take this chance pick up a Reo just to see.

No I don't care I am still not buying a truck.
