Got me a little a nerved...
Last time somebody charged my CC before shipping my order I waited 7 months for delivery.
Keeping optimistic for now....

It'll be fine. WL is a fantastic vendor. They got 10-12 days worth of orders in 1 day. Meaning it could take 12-14 days to ship, depending on if you ordered in that 24-hour period.
I really wouldn't worry about WL stiffing you, or taking any longer than that.
You'll get what you ordered. It will be packaged extremely well. Your nic will be mixed to order. And you'll probably get a little freebie in the box. Keep calm, and vape on!

you wont be dissapointed. just got my shipping notice today, ordered sometime during opening day...they are probably doing overtime and doing a weeks orders in half the time...
They shipped my "oops I forgot to order Seedman's" emergency order (turns out I didn't forget.. oops) today. That's just 2 bottles of SM.
But they didn't ship my big flavor order with nic.
They're not fulfilling orders in the ...order they were received, apparently (my oops order was placed after my order with nic). And they're not reading order comments (I asked if the two orders could be shipped together).
Oh well.

The morning the opened I had insomnia. I ordered 500ml 100% nic 70% pg 30 % vg....been waiting a week but no conformation of shipping or current status. I was happy to get my nic today even though my order still says processing. I filled amber glasses with the nic to the very to (no air) and put it into the freezer. Happy to have a small supply on hand.
Thats what happens when you are a relatively small business and things grow tooooooooo fast. Capital and growth needs exceed the capacity of the staff, growing pains happen then when customers get dissatisfied you loose them. A good business person PLANS for growth, has a good business plan and executes it well. I think WL just got overwhelmed in the growth process, probably does not have sufficient capital to expand and hire fast enough. I just hope things work out well for them because I just placed a large order with another vendor since almost everything I use for DIY is "Out of Stock".
I was also going to comment that we all need to be patient. Expanding a business is a big headache and things never go as planned. To top it all off, it always ends up more expensive than planned no matter how much "SWAG" factor is included in the original estimate.
I have enough on-hand to hold me for months and will wait, patiently for Jon and his crew to get caught up and organized.

I agree. I've helped a business move before. Sometimes, it's best to let stock run low to lessen the amount that has to be moved.
I think they stated one of the problems with base nic, is getting the new lab in order. I'm sure they want everything done right, and I'm sure you do too.

Patience...trust me. It will be worth the wait. I just received an order I placed with them over a week ago and let me just say...I'm very impressed. Their stuff seems to be top notch and if I have to wait a bit longer to get it, I'll wait.
Unless...I'm totally out. Then I might have to sacrifice quality and order from an inferior vendor just to get my quick fix. I try not to let it get to that point though but it happens.

I got my tracking number today, w00t! Can't wait for it to get here. I'll be ordering some more when they reopen. It's not just the move that backed them up, it's the FDA scare which I think will just get worse. The same thing is going on with guns and ammo right now.

I just ordered for the first time with them and it just happened to be the day they opened in Orlando which I believe was on the 8th? I had called them to see if I could add an additional item to my order and John said it wouldn't be a problem and that I wouldn't have to pay additional shipping. He did apologize in advance if the order takes a long time and explained the situation. John was great over the phone and I was really happy with their customer service even on the busiest day of their lives apparently. Haven't gotten any shipping info yet but I am happy to continue to be patient even though I am running dangerously low on supplies. Now that I am using juice hogs I figured I would take a stab at DIY. Man did I pick the wrong time! I just hope this stuff gets here before the hubs and I take our trip to Orlando on the 25th. Hell, at that rate I could just pick it up. lol! heres hoping everyone gets their stuff soon and a big thank you to wizard labs for such awesome prices and service. I am sure my items won't disappoint.
Ive looked all over their site for the ice~ what am i missing?!
Is this a certain flavor or do i have to use a drop box to see it? They are out of almost everything I want to order from them mainly nicotine~ so just gonna sit and wait...
