To give you idea of how compact a DIY "Mixing Station" can be. This is what I use; a tackle box from Walmart with all my stuff. Bring it out and get out what I need to mix a few batches, clean it all and put it away...

I have over time bought a few beakers, which I rarely use anymore, but nice to have on that occasion I do need one. If you find that you do need one, you can always make a quick run to Wal-Mart and pick up 150ml pyrex measuring cup.
Breaking down the nicotine into smaller bottles and keeping all but one in the freezer is still a good idea, unless you really, really, really, vape a lot. Also, keep in mind that the nicotine you bought is 100mg/liter which translate to 10%. vaping at 20% or 16% might not be a good idea. Reality is most folks are at 18mg/liter, 1.8%, or less.

Just keep in mind the cheaper glassware is grade B and not precisely accurate. I found I still need to use syringes even to measure all but the VG/PG which I use a Graduated Cylinder for. You can use the cheap glass but stick to more precise measurements with syringes or pipettes for the nic and flavoring. I also repurpose all my old WL plastic nic bottles for mixing and storage of bulk mixes.
I got a shot/mixing glass at my local grocery store (Arrow brand) that is dead accurate for $6. Got one very similar on Amazon that costs a bit less and it was off by almost 1ml. That's not much with large batches but for small batches of juice a milliliter can throw everything off. The one thing about buying glass from WL is they visually inspect and wont sell anything with bubbles or other major flaws. Which lots of glass made in mass production can have serious flaws.

. I just add all the ingredients to a 30ml cobalt blue glass bottle and mix it there.

Some bottles and syringes will get you well on your way. You may want to use nitrile glove(s) and eye protection when handling 100mg/ml Nic. For a few bigger batches I make, I repurposed a couple of 8-16 ounce empty (and cleaned) maraschino cherry glass jars. I also cleaned out the 8ml empty glass flavor containers that I bought from WL for making small samples. Hope that helps.

I mis-typed (DOH! brain fart) I was planning on a 18-20mg nic level. Thanks for catching that.
I've got goggles, a respirator & a couple of boxes of the surgical latex gloves, are the latex adequate protection? WL is OOS on cobalt blue bottles, but I have several 30-100ml clear & amber glass dropper bottles that just need to be washed out.

And, if you want the easiest and most reliable way to measure amounts, get a gram scale and work in grams. I keep things accurate down to 1/100th of a gram that way and it's a lot faster and more consistent than eyeballing a syringe. I bring the amount in close with a larger syringe, then use a 1ml to get it right on the money.
Safety equipment for nicotine is a good idea and also make sure you are working in a well ventilated space, especially if you're spending lots of time with lots of nicotine around.

Based on advice from WL yesterday, I transferred my 48 mg nic base to those 8 ml bottles. I freed up six of them. Is it possible to buy those bottles direct from WL? they are perfect, since I use nic base so slowly.
I'm not sure if WL sells the empty 8ml glass vials, but they do sell glass dropper tops for them. They are kinda pricey at $2.19 for 5 of them, but they come in handy.
I did not see them listed on WL site.

Glass vials are easy to come by, they're all I use. I have boocoodles of vials in assorted dram sizes.

Elsewhere, I have seen two dram vials described as 8ml. So as we would use them, filling with very little head-space left, they would hold the eight.
I don't see them at WL. Out of what they have, I use the 60ml Amber glass bottles with Polycone caps. They also sell the30ml size if your looking for something smaller.
Bottles, and Containers
You could always call them or message them and ask if they would sell you a few of the 8ml vials. Personally I prefer the Amber glass bottles with Polycone caps for Nic storage.
