Pretty sure if they allow ME to post in here, anyone is welcome. :D I only started watching this thread because I actually am interested in coil builds, though I can't get very radical with my own, thanks to my stupid lungs.

Its not even under power yet. I don't have any button top batteries. Gonna have to head into the city in afew.

I did build a 1.5Ω RBA for the STM and hit it at 15w on a CF4. It wasn't bad. No where near the flavor the same tank with the same juice and a .5Ω at 40w had 30 seconds before had but doable.

If you do single flavor sampes of your tobacco's, let me know what you think of them. Am very interested on your flavor reviews.

By the way, I loved that mad scientist picture. I can't make out the signature on it. Any idea who the artist was?

I really dont know, was googling out of boredom last night and googled mad scientist and then clicked images and it was there. Immediately thought of ya

Many years ago one of my grad students got me a shirt that said "Stand back, I'm about to Science"
I loved wearing it to fancy meetings.

Now that I think about it they probably still make them, I'll have to look for one.

*looking ensues*

Yup, they still do

Well I got the evic vt today. And I am very impressed. TC on it work A lot better than the ipv4. My only problem with it is. The seller from here on ECF Sent it with half charge.
That's a good thing. Li-po pacs travel best at storage voltage. Around 3.6 3.7v

I have the Evic Vt and like it but I am just not impressed with the whole TC thing. It seems the vape just becomes muddled to me. It starts out good and goes down hill quick. The only one that I like is the Smok M80 and the atty on it i a subtank with a 24 ga kanthal coil. It is actually doing temp control with the crisp flavor that I like. It set at 50 Watts and I can see it bouncing around 30 watts as i am vaping and its maintains my temp while still giving me a decent vape. I might try the same coil in the subtank on the Evic VT and tell it that it has a Ti coil just to see if it works.

Yeah I know but you have to think new mod. I want it now
I am finding with my Carmel cappuccino choc mix. that 470 and 40 watts is just Delicious. I am just using a stock STM Ni coil

Thank you so much for that -- one of my all time faves. :) That syncopated beat always gets me... :) 3:40 of chair dancing... :D

PS -- I very likely won't do single-flavors on tobaccos -- having to wait so long for it to steep, I'll try to construct the flavor I want, right from the get-go. Only if i get totally frustrated with a flavor do I go back to the drawing board and do single mixes so I can freehand-mix, but so far my mixing is going pretty well, since I found a few old-reliables like Vanilla Swirl, for base/background. Though the cherry pipe tobacco isn't (so far) *exactly* what I had in mind, it's not bad at all. Great after eating!

Good evening Wompers!

I'm REALLY enjoying my Velocities. Already rewicked both of them yesterday (only had them since Friday). Tasty, fluffy clouds.... Never thought I'd subohm or drip, but this is FUN....

I'd been contemplating a heftier mod (my iStick 50 is probably my "best" rig), but I think I'm going to try some 1.2-1.5 ohm builds (especially on my Owl) to see if it will play a little nicer on a mech.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend :)

The P-Thingie is under power. Its ok I guess. The menu is stupid complicated. The woman at the shop set it up for me. I doubt I could change the settings to save my life.

So far:

Menu-extreme fail. I hate it.

Overall feel- not a tube man fan personally but its super nice.

Function- works well. No magic like you hear about sometimes but it works very well.

Low power vaping- not very satisfying. This has nothing to do with P-thingie. Its just I'm not getting anything from my vape. I can't take a vape and move on I have to be on it all the time. Flavor is good (I made it so its my thing) and cloud is good. But no density.

Couldn't wait to hit the Mutation.

But it will get a place in the rotation.
