I learned on dirt bikes when I was 11. Rode street bikes when I got older, but now... street bikes scare me. I've lost too many friends on them. Dirt is much more forgiving than pavement or cars!

Its true, the road is very dangerous for a biker. Thats why I am of the firm belief that loud pipes saves lives. My first Harley was an 883 Sportster and it was so quiet that it sounded like a rice burner. Couldn’t have that! Found an add on Ebay for some mufflers for that bike the was guaranteed to p*ss your neighbour off. Thats me!!! I let the missus ride it one day and from my house I could hear her down shifting for some curves about 3 miles from the house.

What yall mod Wompers vaping on today? I am enjoying in one stm a flavor I call JD1 Ry that was shared with my from a ECF guy named JD1 in the DIY section. Its a vanilla pipe with some cream and rustica added. Very very good! Then in my second stm I am vaping on some strawberry cream that I mixed up 150 ml of in June. About out so will have to mix more soon. And my third stm has some plain jane vanilla that I am enjoying.

I don't agree with loud pipes save lives..... Situational awareness and defensive riding does. If you don't ride in reach of an absent minded driver, you don't have to worry about them noticing you :p

Haha I buy my mufflers for my Mustang the same way. My last pair had a review titled "You'll love them, your neighbors won't" *clicks add to cart button* :D

A lot of times you just dont have that option. I can down shift, pop that clutch and instantly have their attention.

A while back a dude blew past me on something with straight pipes, I damn near came out of my skin as he passed the open car window. I did not hear him coming before that.

Im not an advocate for straight pipes. They rob too much performance form a bike.

That's one of the faults of loud pipe logic..... Still can't hardly hear them until they are virtually next to you :p

That JD1 Ry sounds nice, I might look that up. Never had much success with DIY. I haven't made anything even close to vapeable, and I followed recipes.
Just got my cocobolo woodvil back from the spa today, so I'm modwompin on 2 woodvils (Chalice 3 & Nuppin toppers) with some NT Wakonda & Cure... YUM!

Every man or woman who loves cars, loud exhaust tones, should own a race car. I love the sound of a Porsche flat 6 with race headers, who needs mufflers....and the sound it makes is ohhhh so romantic.....bounces of of buildings well too!
