The thing is at home I like drippers, love my Goon, so rta's need to be completely leak free.

So I'm having trouble fitting Boreas time in. I will admitt for flavor its tops.

The Merlin is a great fit for me . Leak free. I do wish it had slightly more air. I can live with it but that little big more would be super. Thinking about drilling out the hole the shipping plug was in.

The Gemini is also a good compromise. So far no leaks. Flavor is prolly about the same as the Merlin but far short of the Boreas.

Yup I find I have to break it down about every 5 tanks or so and give it a cleaning to stop the seepage out of the air holes. But I agree it's by far the best I have and it's a beast for sure!

Im getting around 200 to 250 ml thru mine before tearing it down and rewicking it. Its just a flavor beast.

Almost twelve years ago, one of the Ortho docs at my local V.A. hospital told me I had "advance degenerative arthritis" and that I'd be in a wheel chair within a year. In questioning him about arthritis, he said, "We don't know what causes it and there is no cure." OK, so every joint in this body is affected... but, like you, I'm one of those who refuses to just "lie down and accept my fate." Lannie and I started doing serious medical research and we found the cause (you probably don't want to know because it requires serious modification of your diet and most people will not give up their favorite foods if they can just take a pill instead) and a way to put a halt to the progression. Can't go back and fix what is already screwed, but you can stop any further damage... and time will heal the old stuff in most cases as long as you stop ingesting the cause... Anyway, one year later, I saw that same Ortho doc and he did more X-rays and other tests and wanted to know just what the heck I did to put a halt to it. Silly me... I told him. He didn't want to hear it - to the point of yelling at me (because it made a lie out of his entire 40-year career of pushing the agenda of the AMA, FDA, and Big Pharma). These bodies are made for self-repair, but we have to stop poisoning them to the point where they can't fix themselves.

awwwwwwwwwwww same kinda happened here. kid's came home, brought my puppy dog back. Left like 10 mins later to go trade their cars in on newer ones. Hers was a piece of crap, his was ok but pmt was wayyyyyy too high, and since he's driving an hour each way to work, just too inefficient on gas. So Frankie snuggled up with me.....they came back in, and he was so excited, then all 3 of us ran back out to look at the cars. He was not amused!

So I rebuilt my Merlin with a .5 24ga kanthal spaced coil. I like SS well enough but just seen to get a better vape off kanthal. SS vapes hot and there is always this faint harshness.

now I found just the opposite. No way can I vape sub ohm with kanthal wayyyy too hot and harsh. But with SS I accidentally went from kanthal duals that net 1.3 ohms to SS duals that net .6 ohms and I love it!! It's not harsh, hot, nuttin. I'm just tasting flavors in my juice I never tasted before!

People eat those here like they're going out of style. I mean, on sandwiches, with their eggs, in salads, you name it. Even in fajitas.

My Kayfun play period is over. Limit to how many dry hits I can take.

Built a Gemini tonite. Dual 24ga at .5. Wicking this beast is not for the faint of heart. Its alot like the Griffin in some ways but doesn't suck like the Griffin. I hate building the Griffin, the Gemini isn't bad. The top air is the deal breaker.

So far I like the Gemini. I haven't given up on the Boreas or Aromamizers but that style doesn't pocket well for me.

True, the Boreas is a stay at home tank but it wicks like a dream, there is no doubt about it, it feeds juice to the wicks slightly better than the Supreme does, you can definitely vape 20w above where the Supreme would dry hit.

I love the Boreas, but it does have a few issues that aggravate. Cant lay it on its side without leaking and if ya forget to close the valve when top filling, you will get a handful of hot juice. As long as it is standing up it wont leak a drop. TO me its the best flavor producer I have.

Bottom filling still works best for me, it also falls behind in flavor compared to the Diablo but for a 25mm, it is probably one of the best for flavor.

Been a old school week for me.

I'd forgotten how much things sucked just a year ago.

Kayfuns. The build deck sucks. Its funny new builds are trying Kayfun when they are prolly the worst thing out there. I can see why many are complaining. So many easier choices out now.

And not as bad but still a pain is the Orchid. My best friend finally stated about a year and a half ago and quickly worked his way up to Orchids which is what I was using at the time. He then stopped at the Orchid V6 and refuses to budge. I built them and he rotates a bunch of them in for spa treatment as needed. Well he has quite a pile now so past year or so its dry burn and wick. Today I seen a couple that are due for coils. Over a year on a build is great but that tiny deck is annoying. Goblin Mini deck is easier.

I'd like to move him up to Merlins. I can prolly get the same vape for him and make my life easier. Need a couple crowbars to get his wallet open.

One of these days I should maybe watch Star Wars. I remember my bil took me and my nephews to see it when it came out in the theater. I was about 13, and mostly bored with it. I was much more of a Trekkie. Wonder if I'd like it any more now

I am not nice in anyway. In fact by nature I am unpleasant and I then go out of my way to be as nasty as possible.

Problem is I love to build. I build for a number of people not because I like them but because I can only build so many for myself. At any given time I have 50 built, tested and stored RTA's floating around.

By building for others I keep it from being a 100.
