I was right, spaced Claptons do have less ramp time, I built some Alien spaced Claptons 7 wraps 0.15ohm. 100w, it is reduced, no popping either, seems a much calmer coil ha..

Ok, vape question........ I know dual batt mods need married pairs, but do you need to pay attention to which position they're in? Like which batt is on left side, and which is on right side, and rotate it that way when you change em?

I've found that if you really pack high mass coils with wick it calms them down a good bit.

Yes, rotate them, one will pull slightly more than the other.......is it the one closest to the 510 that pulls more or am I talking out my ...... I rotate them anyway

Position does not matter. You just want to wear them out as a pair. If you have a charger that shows the cell voltage just keep an eye on the voltage each cell has when the charge starts. If one starts to be much (0.2V) different than the other stop using them as a pair.
