Just curious, Boden, why do you get the outside almost finished before milling the inside? That's not a vape question, just in case someone needs to kick my ...., but a wood-working question that might or might not have vaping implications. Maybe my mind works backwards or I am just very old fashioned, but I suspect I would have created a blank, milled the inside, then put the finishing touches on the outside after being certain it would hold all the stuff I intended to stuff in it. So if there is a good reason for your methods (I'm sure there is), clue me in please. Tanx.
The outside is just cut to size. I needed to square up the outside first so when I go to mill out the inside it sits square in the vise.
I'll finish the outside once I'm done holding it in the mill vise.
You may be confused because I wiped it down with mineral spirits for the pics. Here's what it looks like now.
I'm considering making it a squonker. There is enough room for two cells, the DNA75 and a bottle inside.
It's the same walnut crotch I used on the last one. It's junk wood around here. I can see 15 or so black walnut trees from where I'm sittin on the porch right now.
For junk wood it sure is a wonder in your hands. I'm lucky I can get a board down on my back porch that turns out OK, never mind what you can do. I'm honestly in awe of what you can do. Makes me feel like I should really learn how to do some stuff. Not like that. I'd be happy to just a build box with matching sides that will stand flat on a table without wobbling and not fall apart if I look at it too long.

I really love this tank too. Not quite as much cloud as say the Limitless+, but hands down better flavor. Just ordered a second one from Ecig for my stockpile.
