The V1 glass fits the V2, they are the exact same size LannieThat's why you wont see any V2 glass...
Early days but I have put 8 tanks through mine and not a single drop, not had any condensation build up either but I expect a little at some point due to the way the airflow is designed. With the wicking method I mentioned before, it does not dribble (yet), slight gurgle for a few vapes when refilled but that's it.. unlike it's owner who is out on the town tonight and will be dribbling for some kebab later![]()
You mean these things?YAY! Finally something easy!
Yum, kebab! I haven't had good kebab since I lived in Portland...
OK, now you guys have me second-guessing myself again. I don't want a tank that will leak a bunch of juice out on a whim, because I end up letting them sit for most of the day, just grabbing them for a quick hit or two as I run by. Unless I'm sitting here at the computer, and then I chain vape.Think if I wick the Goblin mini like I do my Lemo it will be OK? That's pulling the wicking up, putting the chimney on, trimming and stuffing? If there's enough wicking in there, it SHOULDN'T leak, right? But then again, how much room is there for wicking? Gaaaaahhhhhhh!!!
If I could just get a bag of about a thousand of those rubber insulators for the iSub stock coils, I'd use nothing but them and be set for life. SOMEONE must make them, otherwise, how would Innokin build those things? I just don't know how to find out. I'm SO Googly-challenged... it helps if you know what they're called, and searching "iSub rubber insulators" is not helping me, so that's obviously not their proper name.

10 tanks and not a drop and I don't expect it to leak at all if you wick it that way, only time will tell though, I've not had it long enough to be 100% sure. Tomorrow I'll rewick it a dozen times and find out, I'll also see what it's like when I wake up tomorrow....hopefully in bed lolYAY! Finally something easy!

Yeah you have a good memory lolThats because they are afraid your gonna fall off the table![]()
Try searching for grommet instead of insulator; sounds like the same piece in the Protank/EVOD.@chopdoc I realized after I hit "post" that you were probably asking "is this the part you're talking about?" Sorry. YES, that's the part I'm talking about! LOL! It's just not the right one. But that's the piece I'm looking for.
The dribbles seem to happen when the wick tails get too close or touch the air port under the coil. Seems the tails moved around a bit as I used it.Mine must be in a good mood then today![]()
The ain't no tails though if you wick it like Nick did, Geez, Vodka and cokes are going down toooooo quick lol. I'm getting to old for these kinda nights out. Anyway, lift the cotton up, screw on the cap, cut flush n stuff. No tails to move about. It just wicks perfectThe dribbles seem to happen when the wick tails get too close or touch the air port under the coil. Seems the tails moved around a bit as I used it.

Thanks, but I drew a blank on that, too. I got the original forum post from a UK forum that describes rebuilding them (that's how I figured out how to do it in the first place), and then a bunch of reviews of the various tanks, and where to buy the tanks.
I did go and look for the Protank grommets and found some at Lightning Vapes, but it says they're 3.5mm diameter, and I'm pretty sure the iSub ones are bigger, so those wouldn't work. But I could take one of our old Protank heads apart and see. I just think they'll be too small... and they don't carry anything for Innokin, unfortunately. I hadda go and get attached to a proprietary tank, didn't I? LOL!
That ALMOST looks like it. The ones in the iSub coils are taller than that. You rest the coil in the slots (while on the mandrel), then stick one leg inside the insulator and press the insulator in, leaving the other leg outside the insulator. Then press the 510 pin (I hope that's the right term) in until it's fully seated, snip the wire as close as possible, and it's done. It's so easy. I wonder if those you posted the picture of would work, even though they're shorter. No, now that I look a bit closer at the cutaway view, these have a channel and the iSub ones don't. It's a plain cylinder of rubber with a sticky-outie lip around the top, and about twice as tall from top to bottom.
Cheese tease xxI'll check "510 insulator!" I hadn't thought of that one yet. Right now I gotta go put cheese curds in the press, but I'll be back and check that out. Thanks!
