I was sure hoping this deeming would be tabled longer. I found 300mg nic at RTSvapes that the cost for a liter would make it 48.00 a liter once broken down into 100 mg liters. (plus the cost of pg). I so want to get two of them, that would give me another 6 liters. Also found cheap bottles and cheapish shipping at bottle factory outlet to be able to break it down into 1 liter increments of 100mg. Now all I need is about 400.00 to do all this!

I'm sure that more will come out as they read the ruling which is of course 499 pages in legalize! According to what I've seen so far this affects almost everything and some are saying that it basically bans all products. Like I said we'll have to wait until the heavy weights come forward with more info.

Okay well I ordered another liter of nic from Nude Nicotine today. My freezer is getting a bit full....and this sucks because it's cutting into my absinthe budget!

Not a hundred Pct sure yet but I believe the regs are just on devices. I have seen a couple of people say not juice but with 499 pages of goobledigoop, I'll wait until someone has read them and more importantly, understands them! Where are you in the Cape? I'm in the middle of the SW section.

What I mean is, whoever is manufacturing the nic base will need to apply for PMTA, unless of couse the nic base has another marketed use outside of being a tobacco product.

Im almost certain there will still be ways to get Nicotine, as it isn't exactly a "Vaping Item", its something we USE to make our E-Liquid that when finished the Solution is a "Vaping Item". I dont see why the people who sell it for Universal reasons would have to stop... At-least that's just my take on it, we wont know for sure until it happens..

It's funny, I work by My Freedom Smokes all the time but have never went there! I wonder if they would let you watch them mix? Or some kind of tour showing how they do it...

Trust me my head is hurting right now! I've just saw that in fact everything related to vaping is in it. Mods, e liquid, batteries and such. But the work around is that it must be all together as a working device. Another words these companies do not have to submit to the PMTA for their individual products but when they're put all together it becomes a tobacco product!
Boy it's a good thing we have these Gov't geniuses looking after us!
