Good Morning!
@Rixsta - BREATHE, brother. It's all about putting one foot in front of the other - one at a time
Many have commented that you can still "share" your experiences here - just take the specific job references from it. If that's not something you're willing to compromise, that's your prerogative. I've been on these forums well over a couple of years now. At my start, I was wide-eyed and bushy-tailed - soaking in as much information as I could. Trying to figure out what cool things I could learn.
These days, however, everyone's got their panties in a wad about this, that, or the other. I am distressed by the in-fighting. There is a LOT of stoopidz out there - within the forum and on the outside (and on many days, I'm one of the "stoopidz"

)
If we don't share information, we can't learn. I'm a software consultant, and I do a lot of training. I can absolutely tell that the MANNER in which I deliver the message determines how well it is absorbed by the recipients. When I want to share information, I'm going to come at it gently and patiently, not like a bat out of hell. Part of this is related to my personality - I don't like STRIFE. I'm a very well-educated and intelligent human being, but that doesn't make me superior to anyone else. I have been bestowed with many gifts in life, and in return, I want to share those gifts.
There are

in life. Some with which we agree; some with which we don't. Not all

are the same everywhere. If we don't like the rules, we have the choice to go somewhere else where the rules might be different (better or not, who's to say?) I don't agree with all the rules here, but I will abide by them to the best of my ability - that's my interpretation on being part of a community.
If I don't like the rules, then I could petition to change them. My "fight" is with the misinformed, self-centered, over-paid and under-worked "illegitimate children" who claim to be governing my country. What limited energies I have, I'm going to use my voice THERE to try to inform and educate those around me in hopes the shroud will be lifted and the technologies we enjoy today can continue and improve.
TL;DR - BREATHE, brother.
