She's always done 24 but dunno if that will be enough to get her to switch. She knows she has to quit smoking, but doesn't believe she can
It just occurred to me, Deb, that you are describing my sister. COPD and doc says she HAS to get off the stinkies. I'm trying to help her do that, but she's 2,000 miles away and won't go past EVODs and I can't be there to show her how to do it. But the point of this is that she smokes Camel Lights and I read somewhere (is it on this forum?) that the equivalent nic level for e-joose to be the same as a Camel Light would be 12 mg/mL. IF they are going to vape in the same manner as they smoke, then it seems to me you shouldn't change that nic level until they have decided to drop the cigs entirely.

18 or 24mg/mL depending on how many she smokes a day. 12 would be for a high volume DL tank.

That is also the way I vape today - most of the time... sometimes I do MTL and rarely DL, but it is usually as described above. It works for me...
Jup whatever works for each person! I tried french inhaling a few times, but smoking or vaping........I gotta get as much as I can in my lungs, or I'm not a happy peeplez!

Have you tried something like this for her Innokin Endura T22 Starter Kit
no, she has what she started with..... a Ego basically, but it's the Ego T mod that you can replace the battery in, and CE5's. She says she loves her equipment. But her lungs are so damaged, inhaling much of anything sends her into coughing fits. She smokes ultra light menthol cigs. I just gave her some koolada to try adding to some juice to see if that would help her switch. She had lung cancer last year, thankfully stage 1, she goes on the 23rd to make sure none of it has come back.

Good idea! I'll have to get some of those on my next order from wherever. Thanks! :)
better get Boden to expound on the copper pin. Dunno if that is a big bad thing or just a lil bad thing hehehe

oh sweetie, good luck with your sister. If there is any way y'all can hook a camera to either puter........the google hangouts is the best way to do it. I've taught folks how to wrap and install coils and lots of stuff on the hangouts. Not quite like in person, but the next best thing. LIS, my sil smokes ultra lights, and recently can't inhale them like she did before, but even 24mg nic hasn't been enough to keep her vaping and off the cigs. But she didn't want to go higher, which I'm glad about

Not really a bad thing, just counter productive. Unless there's something I'm missing anyway. The point is you are trying to dissipate the heat, but copper conducts heat extremely well, so the heat is gonna transfer through the copper pin more easily than it does into the fins of the heatsink, reducing the effectiveness.

It is best if they are silver plated to reduce corrosion and silver won't hurt you.
    It kills germy things.
Heck I saw Pat Robertson one time promising to send you a bottle of silver solution to drink. If you sent him money.
He said it would kill the Bubonic Plague and a bunch of other vile stuff.
    I so swear.

I don't get it. I did 50 years of Camel; Light 100s... well, at least I ended up there (tried Mulebuggers, Winston, etc., but settled on Camels). Anyway, when I switched to vaping, I was doing about two packs per day and even tootle puffing (using the same methods as when smoking, as previously described), 18 mg just flat out made me dizzy. I could not handle that much nic.

Heat Sink, no idea if they actually work, but maybe someone has used em.
    HTB1o3WuJFXXXXXNXVXXq6xXFXXX2.jpg
I have used them and they do work, I used it for the goblin mini, not because of heat but because of the afc, much easier to get too and keeps the condensation off your mod.

It does add height to your tank, personally I think they are unnecessary.....for the most part.

I was about like you.....36 years of 1-2 ppd, marlb reds or marlb full flavor 100's. Started at 24, couldn't vape it, it was too peppery.......went to another company, there next level down was 17 mg. Had awful cravings off and on for 8 months, but was able to vape my face off and stay off cigs.....finally tried their 24, I could vape it fine! Cravings went away. This was on a little vv mod and nautilus (other tanks before). Went to Reos, dual coils netting 1.3 ohms, basically dripping.....thought I could drop my nic. Tried 18, after a few days wanted to kill someone. Back up to 24. Couple weeks ago........did .6 ohm duals with SS wire. Love em......thought nic would be too much with that set up......newp I'm fine!! Been up 24 hrs, am tired but wired.....but that's cuz of surgery jitters. other than that been sleepin good. I don't really care how high of nic I vape......yur body sure tells ya if it's too much. But if I could drop it my nic would last longer. <deep gutteral growly voice> I want allllllll the nic!!! hehehe

Mornin hugs Rixy and Ems when she gits up! Got any tarts or scones........I need an adrenaline rush, or at least a sugar rush. lol Always wanted to make a treacle tart...... this would be a good time to have one!

I agree, some can take way more nic than others and really in liquid form and without those other nasties it ain't gonna harm you.
Thought's are with your Son x and Goooooooood Morning, I don't do breakfast, just a cuppa tea and vape about 8ml in the first hour, then I'm ready for the day....unless it's Saturday then the bacon and egg butty comes out, sometimes with a couple of sausages on there for good measure.

@Lannie, I was laughing this morning to myself, I was thinking about you stuffing all that Rayon into the Boreas, bet it looked like a sheep with braces, I was laughing so much that Em came down and asked what was in my cuppa.

Everyone is diferent and depending on the gear the stregnth will be diferent. 12-24 is just the general range. I've found with all the people I've helped to quit smoking it's best to err on the side of too strong.

Efusion Duo, much better for me to have 18650's, no more waiting for that dam lipo to charge up. I have managed to get my hands on some Abalone panels for it which I look forward to showing you, then the mod will look super nice.

Boreas is looking sweet though now :)

The duo is thinner but a bit taller, it feels better in the hand too.

And meet my girls, betty would get on great with Lannie, shes dangerously appealing, punchy strawberry jam, with swirly ice cream and a hint of marshmallow. I tell you this, whatever Strawberry this is, destroys Cap Sweet Strawberry, I ain't never tasted such a delish deep rich sweet Strawberry like this before. Gonna get me a liter of this. (gggrrr litre)

Just recovering from the worse dry hit I've ever had, filled my lungs with hot burnt cotton, not the fault of the Boreas, I need to change the deck out for the bigger one, I pushed it to far and it bit me.

Menthol is a numbing agent which is proably why she can still smoke.

Morning, guys! My computer monitor almost exploded this morning (seriously, it sounded like small caliber gunfire going off), so it's toast. I'm temporarily logged on at Rich's computer, but I'll likely be pretty scarce until we can get me a new monitor. Hopefully that will be soon, but I dunno... So if you don't see me around, it's because of that. :)

I'm glad I got the Boreas up and running before this happened. It's still working perfectly this morning. :D
