    that confused me too, cuz earlier she said sumpthin about a grub screw then talked about a phillips screwdriver. So musta been talkin bout two different things

    I thought "grub screws" was the name for the little tiny screws that hold the coil legs on the decks. Is that not right? Or it means only the ones with hex heads? What's the right name for those little screws? (Probably "little screws," huh? :lol:)

    hehehe jup prolly tiny screws. or atty screws, dunno. But grub screws or set screws are the ones with no head on em and you use the hex key or allen key/wrench

    A grub screw is any screw without a head. They can be hex or phillips or any other type.

    OK, that'll make it easy enough to remember. I can't tell which end is which on a grub because they have no "head" so that'll help me remember. ;)

    Grub screws is a common name for Set Screws. These are the headless screws that screw all the way down in a hole. They can be hex socket , or slotted, and I suppose Phillips. although I have only seen Hex, torx or slotted.
