What is overhang?I love watching your videos, you actually explain why you do things. So many people don't. By the way, not that it matters to me but you know that video is gonna drive some people crazy due to the overhang.

I have some 22g Kanthal for Dripper use and I put a dual 24g Kanthal setup in the Limitless to play with the Kanthal TC on the HΩ Wrecker G2.
The SS430 has a TCR value of 138 which is the highest we have, until a source for SS410 is found. The higher the TCR number, the easier it is for a mod to control and 316L works perfectly fine in VW mode but don't get discouraged if it doesn't perform flawlessly in TC.
Anything with a spring in the 510 chain is usually bad for TC (Kayfun 4, Taifun GT II-S etc...) There are some tanks that have a hard time keeping a stable resistance due to the adjustable 510 pin.

I know the TCR is preferable for accuracy, but it's harder to find. The only real sources I can find are for use in craft and jewelry making, especially the Ni free wires for those with Ni allergy. Is that pretty much where you get yours?

There is not a great source of SS430 except for the 28g from Unkamen. Over at the other place, people ordered a buch of SS430 from Crazy Wire in the UK. It is all over the place under TC so I would not get any from them till it gets resolved.
In between vaping on that, you could always use it as a crock pot.

Beats me, I've never noticed it myself. Ask someone who's OCD kicks into overdrive when they see an atty that size on a VTC mini.
Oh that, I've been using the Limitless plus on my HexClone mostly for stability reasons. The vtc mini lives on my build desk as a tool.
