Yes, one drop of 0 and an equal amount of anything else will cut the other in half. You get the same effect with PG or Glycerine. I cut my 36mg
juice with Glycerine and flavorings, so I'm actually ending up with around 16mg nicotine
juice. PG can be bought on the internet for around $22 a gallon, and glycerine is readily available in craft stores and some supermarkets in the baking/cake decorating aisles. Both are much cheaper than available 0 nic fluids.
PG is propylene glycol, and VG is vegetable glycerine. PG breaks down into lactic acid, the same compound that is produced by your muscles when exercising. Glycerine breaks down into glucose. Glycerine is a thicker substance, and if you use a large percentage of it in your mix you may need to add just a tiny bit of distilled water to thin it out.
