There is no evidence that vaping can help you quit smoking.

I am evidence.

I am also one of those stubborn old ladies upon whom social engineering, banning, ostracizing, forcing to stand outside in the pouring rain, vilifying, demonizing and generally sticking your nose up at didn't work.

I quit when I found that an inhalation of nicotine vapor was a lot more enjoyable than a cigarette. My choice, my way.

Oh golly gosh.
I hate to break the trend.
But I must answer honestly.
I have smoked about 1 cig/ month for the last 5 months. But I have not had one in about 3 weeks.

How should I categorize myself?? Winner or loser??? Evidence or not??
You are evidence.

In fact, you are strong evidence.
You have a cigarette now and then and you keep on vaping.

That shows that vaping is superior, and cigarettes are just a thing you might do if you feel like it.
That doesn't happen with other forms of "quit-smoking" products.
:)
