I apologize for the screwup, and promise, we will make it more than right. I have personally been spending time in china, to improve every part of our lines. I am in China right now. You have been unfortunate, with this mistake, as we are currently running over 99% perfect orders.

With this said, I am doing everything possible to remove some of the factory's which supply V4L with inconsistent product. There is NOBODY who cares more than I. As a business, who hires well paid human beings, most of them are past customers.

Please, understand, we care, and will make all perfect for you. We will add some bonus, as well.

Thank you so much for your loyalty, and patience.

If you look at our sticky's on the ECF forum, we provide a weekend # to call Chad, who is CSM

V4L will make you SMILE!!!!!

Enjoy

Steve.....from china::2cool:!

If the same person is picking the items, packaging them, and putting the package in the outbox, doing multiple orders as once, then that's where the problem is.

There should be one person dedicated to picking the items, then another dedicated to packaging, then another QC'ing and shipping.
Im fairly sure that is the eventual goal. There have been changes made to the picking and packing process. If you look at your slips now youll see that multiple items are circled and noted as well as Initialed by the person doing it so they can track any issues when orders are messed up.

The hardest part IMO for V4L is the multitude of small items in each order coupled with sheer volume. Im guessing they are one of the higher volume ecig companies out there. I would figure an average of 5-10 items per order at at least 500 orders per day? Thats a total guess based upon my ticket numbers. They have grown fast and done a decent job(I say decent because i know theres a few items people have been waiting forever for) keeping things in stock. I order from a ton of places and Ill take a mispick here and there over weeks upon end of "out of stock"

Status update...

I entered a ticket - I did not receive an e-mail back so I do not have a ticket number therefore I can't check the status (no it's not in my spam folder)

I was asked to PM a forum moderator in this thread which I did. I have not received a reply. I also provided my cell #.

It was mentioned in the post above that there is a weekend number to call in the stickies. I don't see that number and when I call the Mon-Fri number, they are closed

I need my order by Tuesday afternoon which I stated in my correspondence. At this point it looks like someone is aware but are they doing anything? It would be nice to know.

For some, this problem may sound trivial but this is a real issue for me. It's not like I can run to the grocery store and pick up a few needed items.

jmullane - I learned to make simple orders with V4L. If you order a bunch of different items, the chance of them making a mistake goes up exponentially. The last 4 or 5 orders for me have been perfect. It's hard to screw up a very simply order of 1 or 2 items. For example, if I needs carts, I will order 10 boxes of the same type and strength. If I need juice, I will do the same. Never place an order with 10 different items in the same shipment or you are asking for problems.

This doesn't seem quite right. Why should the customer rein in their order to accommodate the company's perceived shortcomings? One of the reasons to place a large order is to save on shipping.

This industry is still so young. I'm never shocked when I get a juice order mixed up. Have not had that happen with V4L yet, but as any company will tell you(mine included) mistakes happen. Especially during growing phases. While this is no comfort to someone needing their supplies to feed the nicotine beast, I understand honest mistakes and try to keep my juices and parts stocked up enough to where I never worry about a wrong order, or delay ever again. I like V4L's style. And I appreciate how they, and a couple others go out of their way to keep a good name, and right wrongs when possible. You'll be seeing more business from me, and some others that I've gotten on the wagon from WV. And to the OP, I really hope you get you supplies before you leave town. I've been stuck in the situation before and it's nerve racking. Especially when you've given up the analogs all together.

I didn't say it is right. It is just the fact of the matter. I have been ordering for over a year now from V4L. They are probably the best E-cig company out there, but there still are many short comings. Instead of battling them, I simply try to steer around the problems. If it is truly a growing pains issue, I hope they stop growing. I have heard the "growing pains" reason for 12 months.

They really need a "puller" and a "checker".

When I have to send a bunch of cumulative records of all our 5th graders who are moving on to the various middle schools - I go through and put a check next to the students name as I put them alphabetically into the box. Then I go through the box and put line through the check to show that I have double checked and the cum is indeed in the box. When you are separating 150 Cum folders into 3 different middle school boxes, it is easy to misplace a few of them, the double check allows me to go through each schools box individually to assure the student was put in the right box.

The puller can pull the items and the checker just checks to make all items are correct with fresh eyes. For the same reason, you always have someone else other then yourself proofread newsletters or anything important. You tend not to see your own errors. I have had very few errors given how much I order... but this is just a suggestion... :)

You know what makes me mad about that? Every single person I talk to about these things just seem so unwilling to give it a shot. There should be an absolute flood of orders coming from WV from all the cards I've given out. Hate to sound rude, but a lot of people are just plain old stupid lol. "I don't wanna put that stuff in my body". Really? You freakin smoke dude! Or I try and point people towards ECF, and that's usually a no go. Run into them a couple of months later and they have gotten a free trial pc of crap after I specifically told them to stay away. Then they are just under the impression that all ecigs are a rip off. Can't help them all I guess.

Sounds like the turnip truck lost a few.
