@BaneGretzky ,Hello, it means your package is in customs, their customs clearance is slow, it will update the information until they clear customs

would it be possible to exchange a smok mag kit to the version right hand on the version left hand, which is available in a warehouse ? the replacement is would to be two black and red and one black green

Hi,

I’d like to share that I tried them for the first time a week ago.

I bought two RTA’s and an RDA, all in stock in the color I liked.

I checked up with them today and two of the three items... Are out of stock.

It is my opinion that everyone can make money the way they like. Running a business is a tough job. I admire Tom the Marketing Person who is busy trying to put out fires here. A difficult job, takes guts.

I don’t like it at all that this company takes my money for items they do not have, or are going to have, in stock. I don’t find it stylish to sell people things in a way that isn’t honest.

When I clicked ‘checkout’, and arranged for parting with my hard earned cash, you told me the items would be shipped within 48 hours. They were not. I had to ask ‘what is going on with my order’. I did this through your messenger app, and through the email you provide for just these cases. No response.

It would have been more appealing if you would have contacted me yourself.
Maybe along the lines of ‘sorry but stock issues on two-thirds of your USD100+ order’ but no, I had to contact the marketing person myself to find out that what I paid for does not exist.
Not the sales manager who is selling false promises. Or the warehouse people who can’t report back their warehouse stocks to the system. No, the person who should be doing the good things like maintaining the company’s good name and working on client satisfaction and client base expansion.
Talk about putting the burden on the wrong person, whoo hee.

Anyway. I have asked for a full refund. I will keep you posted on how this pans out.

In the mean time I’d like to advise everyone to think hard about where you spend your money. This is just general advice, not specifically aimed at this here weird troupe of stock challenged kit floggers.

I wish you all the best of days. And if anyone can tell me about good shops that ship to the Middle East, have good stock and ship quickly, and don’t beat around the bush, please let me know at once. I’m in the market for vape gear. :)

Hi Verashu, I wrote several mails regarding Order #100077354.
When I ordered the shipping date was 10/03. Later changed to 25/03. Now it is 30/03!
I wouldn't have ordered under these circumstances.

The SMOK FIT KIT is not available. I asked if it is possible to send the "SMOK INFINIX with the Refill Pods", instead. As this is IN STOCK. Of course it is possible to pay the difference of 2€.

To spend money without getting the agreed order and writing several mails without any response is not normal. In case you can't deliver anything, it is normal to appologize and refund the money. Or am I wrong?

My Proposal:
PLEASE REPLACE MY ORDER #100077354 WITH:

Okay I see the Smok S Priv in stock, but way underneath it says it won't dispatch until sometime in December? I need a refund on second part of this order, if that is the case.
