I purchased a Provari early on and have never regretted it. Paired with my Zen-Atty-Pro it produces an exquisite vape. I use it daily.

That being said, it is not all that great to carry about as it is big and heavy. When I am on the road, or at work, I use an eGo with a Kangar T3. The Provari has its place, but that place is not everywhere. Still, I'd suggest buying one to anyone who is serious about vaping - you won't regret it.

I have much less expensive mods that do exactly the same thing.

Those less expensive mods also spike voltages and wattages. When you set your ProVari, you get the voltage you set it at. I have the less expensive ones too...along with 8 ProVari's. The Pro's get more usage than the others do for me at least.

My Zmaz is bigger than the Provari and I take it to the office but rarely take it if I am running around away from the house. Dropped it a few times but luckily I had my Flask tank on it so no leaks or other mishaps. Although the button seems not to fire all the time lately, which is what I was worried about with the Chinese PV's, no way to get them fixed and this is only a few months old.

I know the Provari is about 3/4" shorter so it may see more daylight ( arrives tomorrow!). I got the hard case from Provape so I can tale in my briefcase and on business trips without worry.

I have tried a lot of delivery methods and carto tanks are my favorite but I have found the Evod a real pleasant surprise, better than my Protank. So I use the Evod on a small Ego battery for short trips.

Im very happy with my Smoktech Natural Telelscope, ill never buy another Mod again, not knockn the Pro but ya cant vape a coil less than 1.2ohms.

I have a Provari but use the Natural (with an inexpensive RBA) more and more wherever I go. Having an expensive toy with me or in my car doesn't make me comfortable. It's another issue, I know, but me just want to vape when I need to and stash it without other worries. Good thing I have a Provari though (a)to show something off to my vapin' friends and (b)to check my sub-zero coil builds for my Natural's atty. The Natural comes out when the party starts bragging about cloud production.

Got the Provari today and I see what you all mean, it just feels great. Very well built, it may be subjective but you can really appreciate it when compared to my Zmax which I had thought had good build quality. Vapes smooth and consistent. The one thing I notice after only a day of use is that the output is rock solid throughout the course of the day. The Provari performs differently with the same tank and voltage settings compared to the Zmax. This makes me think the Zmax output was not consistent, something I always thought but was never sure of until now. Also the size of the standard Provari wound up being perfect for me, it seems small compared with my (now my wife's) Zmax. Overall I am a believer a don't regret the price, not for a minute. Shipped fast too, ordered on the 4th of July and received this morning.
