unfortunately vasilis didnt have the right info from the start JM. He said what the factory told him. But the info was wrong. Its still a great vaping wire, way better than anything else around. Titanium is the future of wires, be sure about that.
Comercial grade 1 Ti , considered pure , is 95% ( you can google ) . I remember Vassillis mentioned that ESG Ti is 97% or 98% pure titanium , rest is alloy he mentioned. That specific small amount of alloy makes the magic
Maybe google.com returns different results than whatever euro-google site you are using, but from the results I get, Grade 1 is 99.5% pure:

Wouldn't that make it 91.54% Ti?
92% of 99.5% = 91.54%

and I'm too lazy to recoil or keep checking the coil, you know that already lol.And by the way don't get me wrong, i think your wire is better than pure titanium because of the burning effect, your wire ended up to be a hybrid which might be very good. To be honest i still haven't tested it fully yet.

Imeo, watched your new video on wicking the leads. Just wondering what size wire were you using, and what was the resistance?
put any resistance you like Random. If I remember well I used 0,25mm titanium wire at 1ohm

This all makes much more sense after yesterday's announcement, haha!
I find the Ti wire better to work with and better flavorwise than kanthal, but I'm still seeing that i get some metallic taste if my leads are too long. I need to rethink how i build my coils now. I'll definitely check out the videos on this on youtube to see.
Now since this is Ti grade 2 wire, is that would should be chosen on this calculator? As opposed to the esg Ti ready?
For first time I tried what suggests imeo, I made a long coil with 0.30mm Ti on a 2mm screwdriver about 7 wraps very close to each other but they don't get in touch, it comes 0.7ohm. I got the best result of vapor and taste, even better from 0,4 oh or 0.5 mc ;-)
