very simple to use :lol::laugh::lol:
Where windows does way better than mac in some ways, the provari does the best job in any vv mod dietsalem. i would think the china made mods would be compared to mac since they have more features and new technology. while that is true, the provari is still the most accurate, most self regulating, and most safety feature rich vv device on the market today. for now.

Still considering getting a Provari since first learning of their existence many moons ago. Still hesitant to put up the duckets since I have more than enough cheap Chinese VV PV's to keep me happily vaping for a long time. So far I've probably spent more money on the several chinese knock offs to more than pay for a Provari. My question is once you do finally get your Provari do the obsessive PV upgrade demons acquiesce?
The demons! ahh they hate my wallet!

I love my provari is all I know. its really a tool as well as a battery mod and I think highly of it. I use it to test my rebuilds and my batteries as well as vape with it it's tough as nails built to last and has great warranty support. The only limitation is the 2.9 to 6.0 vv range but for me it works great I smoked Marlboro lights and I get more than enough throat hit and vapor.

If I had a complaint it's that it is kind of big (compared to mechanicals) which is why I like the mini. I honestly use this everyday.

I Just got the Vamo and am loving it for now.We will see how it holds up over time. I have already dropped it multiple times, one time shattered the tube on my Vivi Nova and the Vamo still works like a charm (yes I tend to be clumsy sometimes). Over the last few months I have watched as the market has been advancing tech wise with nice LCD screens and interfaces and this has been my main reason for holding off on buying a Provari. The Provari has set the standard and is a tried and true device but I would like to see the company come out with something new and fresh with updated design aspects and options. The 2 things i would like to see is an OLED display and a variable wattage.

I agree totally. I have two vmaxes, but I still do not have a Provari. The reason I have two vmaxes is a long story, lol. I like the vmaxes fine, but my next purchase will be a provari. I am aiming for xmas, but I will probably get one sooner. That said, I dont think the search will end there. I am now starting to want an IHybrid too. Arghh, it wont end!

Oh, dear god I want an IHybrid so bad! I missed it when they were selling the Illuminati and I've been kicking myself for that. Have you seen the new LE ones they have coming out on the 20th? They look pretty snazzy.

Doesn't the newer ZMax have OLED and VW?

Any e-cig that works and cost is immaterial..as $$ spent is worth the weight in gold(My health improve each passing day since i stopped analog) ..being a 30+ yrs on analogs..make sure U have lots of backups and e-liquids U can DIY..being self-sufficent and know-how is the key to vaping forever..unfortunately i am a careless user of e-cig..have dislodged my battery's thread and wiring because i put my e-cig in my back pocket and sitting down..and have mislaid a few & lost..so Provari is out of the question to buy..i am very happy using eGo VV batteries in my setup..beside i like to periodically replaced my PVs..nothing worst than a non-function e-cig..happy vaping every1..I am in my 2nd year as a vaper..regards mafig

Been using a provari for a while. Have not regretted it one bit. Simply, to me its the most useful and functional PV out there.

As for the demons, I suppose they will always be around (at least that seems to be the case with me) although I fidn that the longer I vape, the less these demons call out to me. There just seems to come a point where you sort of feel that yuo've been there , done that and you are satisfied with your set up. In the past 6 months, I've been tempted by a bottom feed mod which i ended up buying but I have to say, it doesn't come near the Provari experience or functionality. I used the bottom feeder for a couple of days and its now just gathering sut in a drawer. I also use an eGo Twist regularly when I travel. And even if its also a VV mod, somehow the juices dont quite taste the same on the Twist, even with the same atty. Not an imagined difference but one I can really taste.

It will be a really special PV that can take the Provari out of my hands permanently. If it fits in your vaping budget, I strongly recommend you get one.

I am planning on getting a Mini with the extension cap. My rationalization is: I spent about $200 a month on analogs...so I'm breaking about even.

The only thing holding me back is that I heard Provape will be making an "announcement" in the early part of the 2nd quarter of 2013 (more buttons? better UI? improved screen? VW?) which would 'dinosaur' the old one.

2nd quarter 2013 starts in april....so you have time on that....plus if it's simply a new version of the provari, they'll probably offer an upgrade package to existing customers.

....if i were a betting man though, VW would probably be what i'm thinking...where did you read that by the way?
