Have you got to sample any yet? :vapor:

Just getting to try it right now. I put 2 drops of the 10% solution into 10mls of base liquid (5/85/5/5 pg/vg/dw/saline @5mg). Testing it in a brand new subtank mini. It has a slightly sweet plant taste. The flavor isn't super strong at this concentration (with no steeping, obviously), but I can feel the effects of the tobacco alkaloids (satisfied, just smoked a cigarette sort of feeling). I'm going to have to try it in some other devices, but I think this will be great for adding some kick to other mixes, especially tobaccos.

I hope your mailman can brave the snow over there! Let me know your thoughts when you get yours.

have anyone read the description the TA page ???? TOBACCO ABSOLUTE: Samara Botane Aromatic Apothecary

LOL, yeah, I saw that. Reminds me of a time I was on an outing with cub scouts and the scout leader picked up a cow pie, broke it in half, pulled a blade of grass out of it and started chewing on the grass. I don't remember what the lesson was, but I'll never forget seeing someone do that.

Fiddle sticks, it didn't get delivered. Maybe tomorrow. Your description has me even more excited though. I have several tobaccos that I really like and I'm looking more for a mixer for variations than a stand a lone anyway.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow. I put 6 drops of the 10% solution in 5 mls of base and I'm vaping that now. At this concentration I can see sediment in the wall of the tank so I might kill this coil more quickly, but I'm enjoying the buzz and I might have to go pick up a few beers to go with it. Yeah, I think this is the TA I was looking for. Thanks for the tip on this, Danny and Hoosier.

I dilute it with PGA because it's much easier to work with that way. It's a tar-like substance so I can't imagine shaking it enough to use VG for the dilution, so I'd be interested in knowing how it goes for you.

I think if he gets his base and the TA warm enough it'll work with the vg or the 80/20 vg/dw. I'd probably go with the 80/20 so I could get smaller drops from the solution to mix with.

Ok, it's back to the 80/20 for my first try then. I'll post results. :vapor:

It's here and I'm vaping a Ina Vanilla For Pipe and Rustica mix as I type this. I'm liking this really well but anyone thinking of buying this, make sure you love tobacco flavors to start with. Well, of course you probably do or you wouldn't be thinking about it in the first place, but what I mean is this adds deep grassy or hay notes in spades.

To mix I used a 10 ml glass bottle filled half full with 80/20 vg/dw, and about half of a ml of Rustica as near as I could guesstamate. Nuked it 8 seconds and popped on the lid and shook it up good. It mixed right up just fine. :vapor: :vapor: :vapor:

Could you mix it with pg instead of alcohol? Probably.

50/50 mixture of PG and PGA is the best to make your concentrate. Otherwise you'll have issues with it completely desolving and may cause cloudyness and a brown film to show on your vaping tanks.

What concentration was your final vaping strength?

Depending on how accurate I was with the half ml of Rustica, that should be around 10% solution. It very strong and if you're only using it to highlight other flavors taking it on down to 5% might be easier to work with.

I know you're not asking me, but after trying it at a few different strengths, I would say about 1% in a mix from my 10% solution is pretty good.

Right now I'm vaping:
2% vanilla pipe
1% Rustica (10% solution)

:vapor:

I'm at 3% Vanilla Pipe and 1% Rustica. Lovin' this stuff. :vapor:

I don't have any pg so I'm planning on diluting with distilled water and vg. I use heavy vg mixes and I always add a little dw anyway. I'll try it with a small amount and post results as to how it goes. I'm just hoping it gets delivered today. We're snowed in pretty bad (about 15 inches here).

Again PG and PGA 50/50 mixture works the best. If you can get yourself some everclear from your local liquare store you'll be set.
